I am using these for pain relief and they are much stronger than the ones you can buy for this purpose ! The ones with the double holes are best as they can either be tied around the affected limb or fixed with tape.The large sided holes are the positive side and this is the side that needs to be against the skin. The magnetism works as it attracts the iron in red blood cells to the area thereby flooding the area with the body's own pain relieving chemicals and healing nutrients.

Wanted magnets for a specific DIY job to hold wood panels against another wooden frame. Magnet store has the right type of magnets and with the strength required to do the job and are good value. Bought the rectangular countersunk ones.
