Pretty useless, what are supposed to be A class lake ball are at best average, don’t reply to emails or voicemails. Takes ages to receive delivery.

Highly Recommended and Hassle Free

All golf balls received were in good condition, some balls had logos from other clubs or overseas venues. This was fine but would prefer no logos.

First Order
Two things come to mind on my first delivery, I expected all the golf balls to have the Callaway Red & Blue strip but only 50% had, second I was offered 10% discount on my first order but only saw this after I had paid.

Money paid and no order delivery
I ordered a fair few balls and not received delivery. I managed to get through to guys on the phone and they dealt with it very professionally and sent out a new batch straight away. Really happy with that response.

I haven't received the balls yet and anytime I try to contact fed ex I only get some automated chat bot. I'll leave it up to you to contact fed ex as you have the contact with them and have more sway. If if not sorted by early next week I'll contact my credit card and cancel the payment
