Ordered 4 1.75 pd. lobsters and clam chowder. The order arrived on time and the lobsters were all kicking. We steamed them and they were delicious. What a wonderful treat! The clam chowder was tasty but mostly potato chunks and not a lot for the price. I will skip the clam chowder in the future because it really isn't worth the price but the lobsters were fresh, incredibly delicious and a great price. I would definitely recommend and will purchase again.

I wanted to give 0 stars but it wouldn’t allow. I cannot rate the food because I still have not received my shipment even though the company guaranteed Saturday delivery May 2nd, 2020. I understand times are tough right now with Covid-19 but I wanted to support this company and order fresh fish for my husbands birthday! It is now May 5th and my order has not been delivered yet but wait- the company says they shipped it out Thursday April 30th and since I did not pay for the “shipping protection” then I am beat because they are not responsible. Since when is a company not responsible for getting their products to its customers? Then to top it off, they offer me a discount to repurchase the food. So they want me to pay more money for food when I never received the first order that I paid a significant amount of money for. I question whether this company even mailed out my order because, according to them “if the customer doesn’t it for shipping protection- they are not responsible!” There is no customer service and I will post photos of the rotten lobsters, shrimp and clams that I ordered IF I ever receive my delivery that I paid for!! DO NOT ORDER from this company. Search for another company that delivers fresh seafood and actually accepts responsibility and treats customers with respect. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.

I've been looking at this place for a while and decided to buy. I was told they would be hard shell lobsters, both were soft shell and one was dead when we got it. they gave us credit back for one lobster, I was very disappointed in the quality of the lobsters. We also got a pound of lobster meat which was good and we got the New England clam chowder, there was a pinhole in the package in the clam chowder and it was not that great, in fact it was disappointing coming from Maine. We also got lobster bisque which was very good. I live in Florida and I was expecting the lobsters to be a lot better than the ones I get, they were not that much different. I'm not sure I would buy from here again.

Ordered after hours on a Friday and did not see a way to set a date for delivery (thought that it might come after the "Order Now" button). Called Customer Service at 8am on a Monday, and they said that it was too late to change the delivery date (which was auto-selected as Tuesday). So either they packed it on Sunday (which does not sound good for seafood) or they don't have an efficient enough process to make changes the day of (even when you call right at their opening time). Now I have $150 of lobster being shipped to a house with no one home. Really disappointing!

Paid for guaranteed Saturday by noon delivery - didn’t arrive until over 3 hours later. Called with no luck or help from them or Fedex and had to nervously wait with company waiting for dinner to arrive :-( Did arrive just in time, but not a good experience for what they charge.

First, when I placed my order they failed to capture my unit number, which was auto input and verified by PayPal. When I call them, they are extremely rude and very reluctantly to fix the issue.
Second, according to the order detail that I got, the order should arrive overnight (Saturday), however my tracking indicates that the order would not be able to be delivered after Monday. Called UPS and UPS confirmed that overnight delivery form the seller is simply impossible! Come on! I ordered fresh sea food!
Now I have to go through very complicated process to get my money back.
Trust me, stay away from Maine Lobster Now.

Just received my order of live lobster, clams, and cod. Absolutely fabulous!! While the clams were mostly opened, the lobster and fish was more than what I expected. I made the call about the clams and was told to send pics and more than likely, I'd get a credit. So, one may wonder why gave a rating of 5 stars. Well, nothings perfect and things happen when customer like myself have to rely on getting products via mail, FEDEX,etc because we don't live in the local area. When you're able to call and get resolution on an issue without stressing over it, it makes a huge difference in my perception of the business I'm dealing with. This experience, while not perfect, made an excellent impression on us and we'll definitely use this company for all of our seafood needs in the future. It's easy to be a little skeptical when ordering something like seafood through the mail but this company is the real deal!!

Perfect. I sent as a gift… it could not have gone any better. The delivery was on time, just as I had requested. As told, the lobster tails were delicious and huge. My gift recipient was so pleased, happy and elated. I'm so happy to hear… as I will be ordering from Maine Lobster Now® again!!! Worth every penny!!!!

Ordered 2 live lobster 1.5 lb size each. One lobster was definitely not 1.5 lbs much smaller.Disappointed.Don't like to be deceive. They were good in taste

I received my first order last night. I cooked the steamers, clams and the bay scallops. They were excellent. I will cook the lobster tails in a few days. I'm originally from New England and love this food. Great job. Received in Texas the next day.

Disappointed, we buy these locally but the virus well . We were scouting for a company to handle large order. I’m sorry the aren’t contenders

I was really happy when I made my purchase of 3lbs of Alaskan king crab. I picked that sized going by the picture that showed at least 8-9 legs. When I open my box I was really disappointed when I only saw 5 smaller legs and a claw in a box. Don’t think I would order again.

Really? Great lobster roll kit but do you really feel good about the chip size? Cheapens the whole deal?

Please order lobsters here. I ordered 5 lobsters for California relatives and 4 lobsters for Massachusetts family. The team from Maine Lobsters Now accomplished a big task:
—delivery time was exact
—lobsters arrived like they were local
—service was extremely friendly
—updates sent as expected
—lobster bisque & clam chowder was delicious

I wanted something special for my daughter-in-law‘s birthday and their anniversary. I did a lot of research and Maine lobster now had everything I wanted in the cocktail hour dinner.
It not only had large shrimp, lobster bisque, 2 2lb lobsters, Whoopie pie’s and everything to go with it including ramekins for the butter, and so much more. They told me Everything was absolutely delicious. Not just the lobsters but also the bisque and the shrimp were excellent.
With everything going on and no one can go out for dinner’s, I really wanted it to be special. Maine lobster now delivered!! I couldn’t be happier, what a great gift to give. Will definitely order from here again.

Chowder & Bisque Sampler - 64 oz was a disappointment. A majority the soups were potato cubes and contained very little seafood. Not worth the price.

After over a month of sheltering in place, I was craving a taste of New England, where I grew up. I ordered haddock and steamers hoping for the best. Everything was delivered early the next day and very fresh. And the taste did not disappoint. Both were truly outstanding. It was nice to have such a special treat during this time. I cannot more highly recommend MLN.

So delicious! I ordered a 2 lb. lobster, a couple 1.5 lb lobsters, some lobster bisque and a ribeye. The lobsters made it alive to Las Vegas. They were so delicious and now we are trying the lobster bisque, which has decent sized chunks of lobster, and the ribeye. Everything is so juicy with a lot of flavor. I will definitely be ordering from here again.

I ordered 4 lobsters and a pond of haddock and a pound of salmon

The lobsters were very much alive and hard shelled. The meat was sweet and each lobster very full of meat. The haddock was grilled and it was firm and pure white. Delicious seafood and would recommend this company.
