From the 1st of January to the 31st of December 2024, our IT service desk achieved a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 92 against an industry average of 60. Our team is responsive, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond at every opportunity. We are also certified to BSI ISO 27001, 20000, 14001, and 9001. We are listening, asking relevant questions and being flexible, agile and easy to do business with whilst consistently applying innovative thinking and best practices.

Dave kept in contact all day ensuring…

Dave kept in contact all day ensuring our internet came back on. He was super help full and although the issue was not with regards to our IT , it was a problem with the supply in our building Dave still tried to assist to get us up and running and then did a follow up to check in after the internet came back on!

After our recent contract review Leigh…

After our recent contract review Leigh Wilson and Jon Burrows listened to our requirements as a business, and understood that our requirements from managed as a managed service supplier have changed in the last 12 months. As a result they offered to re-visit our contract to tailor it more to our requirements.
This was performed quickly and efficiently and we are again a happy customer.... Thanks Guys.

First class managed service provider

The company I work for has worked with Managed247 since early 2014. We did attempt to build our own service desk with Managed doing the more intense technical workloads during the night, but resorted back to using Managed247 1st-3rd line as the time and cost of building our own simply wasn't worth it.

I regularly recommend these guys to my peers, so happy to also do so on here. First class, exceptional MSP that delivers what it promises
