Disappointed to pay the return postage with the delivery postage as well
Disappointed had to pay for delivery as well if you take the stuff back with return postage so never again to order it again

Great customer service and prompt…
Great customer service and prompt despatch.
However, due to delivery company, pre-Xmas goods arrived a day late. Customer service reimbursed next day delivery cost as a gesture of goodwill. Product was of good quality and true to size.

I paid for express delivery so that my order would arrive before Christmas but it didn't arrive until 2 days after. It then cost me another £5 to return the items so cost £9 for nothing

Accurate sizing
A company who produce decent quality clothing at a fair price, and has good sizing so the items I order generally fit unlike other retailers who have sizing which fluctuates a lot. You can find plenty of classic wardrobe items in here with extensive sizing options (different leg lengths etc) like I used to be able to get from likes of M&S in previous years but not so much now. Particularly love looking in sale categories as some amazing bargains to be had. Also like that you can collect order from “Yours” clothing store for free so don’t have to wait in for delivery.

Quality and Sizing
I used to buy a lot from M & Co and the quality was really good. I received my latest order and the 4 items were far too big (petite) and quality was very disappointing.
