Originally had left a good review after being asked by the company to leave one. The first set of sofas I received are fine. I decided to order from them again as I needed another 2 sofas and they arrived with faulty legs. The legs were extremely sharp and destroyed my wooden flooring upon assembly by the company. My flooring was dented and scratched everywhere. I messaged them and they promised me replacement legs in January (my order was made in December) . I then messaged them towards end of January and they apologised and said they will message the courier. I then messaged them a further 2 times in February and they said the same thing. Till this day I still haven’t received new legs and have 2 faulty sofas, and on top of that my flooring has been completely destroyed. I am not usually one to leave bad reviews and I was very patient with them however they keep pushing me away and refuse to sort this out for me.

Love my new sofa! I purchased this sofa after not being able to find one in the usual shops and I’m so pleased with it, it’s exactly what I was looking for. The colour is perfect (I ordered a free swatch from them beforehand to check). The lady who you can contact always responded really quickly to any questions I had. Will definitely use again and have recommended to friends and family.

Recently purchased some sofas & beds from these guys. Overall experience was amazing from placing the order to receiving delivery. Everything was as expected and products were of high quality, the price was fantastic.

If you’re looking for a quality product and quality customer service this is the place. I have now placed 2 orders with M and H living and let there be more in the future.
It’s always scary when you make an order on line not knowing if the product matches the picture and worrying until the moment it arrives well that was me.
Bless them I asked a million questions and messages so many times and it was never a bother the customer service as on point with everything I needed.
When my bespoke sofas arrived they were amazing the quality the fabric the measurements everything was as I requested perfect . I couldn’t stop looking at them. I have since moved and ordered again without hesitation. Never will I visit a high street retailer that costs more has a long delivery time and the quality isn’t great when I can have bespoke measurements value for money and a very quick turnaround.
If you’re thinking don’t just order this is from a very happy customer that has already recommended to family and friends. Thanks 😊 everyone and M and H my home is now beautiful.

Ordered a Made to measure sofa to maximise the space, absolutely love it! Wish I could post some pics- from the word go everything was smooth!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The team at MandHLiving really went above and beyond when I noticed I had accidentally ordered the wrong bed size! Nevertheless the team dealt with this super smoothly and even the initial process of ordering the bed was exemplary. The team were on hand to answer any questions I had, help me pick out the most appropriate colour for the bed and even went above and beyond by providing me with additional measurements of the frame to ensure it fit well in the room it was going into. When the bed arrived, it exceeded my expectations as the quality was impeccable.

Can’t recommend this company enough, if you’re thinking about buying a bed from them don’t hesitate! :)
