Excellent service from the start. Was given really helpful advice i.e. which kit would be best, which really assisted me with my choice of purchase. Couldn’t fault communication. Overall extremely happy with the outcome :)

Very Good experience with mango bikes. Would definitely buy from them again I’m over the moon with my purchase!

Bit rubbish at present.
Ordered a saddle 18 days ago.
Had notification it was shipped chased after a week, requested someone contact me then received notification my order had changed back to "placed"
With no response from anyone it doesn't bod well Going to try and get my money back.
Wish me luck.
Avoid if you can!

Update: 01.08.2025 my saddle has arrived but no comms from mango... They need to do better with customer service. 😒

It took over a month for Mango Bikes to deliver my bike. Every two weeks prior to that, they attempted to assemble it using parts I never ordered. When they finally decided to ship it a month later, they delivered it to the wrong address—even though I had clearly provided the correct one. When the bike eventually arrived, it was missing parts. The Mango Bikes does not respond to emails or answer phone calls. I strongly recommend Mango Bikes at all costs.

Customer service is completely nonexistent - they’re quick when it comes to taking your money, but good luck getting your item, let alone a response to your emails or calls. Honestly, you’d get more value by spearing marshmallows on your bike spokes, lighting your money on fire, and roasting the marshmallows over the flames. At least that would bring you some satisfaction.

Can't get replacement parts for bike. I need a new rear wheel & the replacement isn't on the website (only pink and yellow options are on). Emailed Mango who said they had it in stock and I should place an order. Not possible as it's not on the website, they don't answer the phone and they're not replying to emails.

I was certain that these people were scammers. I paid for the bike. After 2 weeks I contacted them. They never pickup. They called me back. They had a problem with the system. They said they would send it within the week. They didn't. They called me back after I emailed them and they offered to upgrade parts of the bike for free.

Luckily I paid by credit card and started a chargeback.

They sent the bike within a few days; one month after I placed the order.

I am not sure if they are scammers, but at minimum they are very poorly organised, have stock problems, or both.

The bike was exactly as they said. It is a lovely bike and the parts are all hight quality. It's a pity about the poor service, they could do very well for themselves if they communicated better.

I cant give 0 stars if i could i would. Been waiting 4 days to find out if they have a pair of fork for my mango. ive sent loads of messages online and whats app even spoke to them and i was told oh someone is looking now let you know in 20 that was HOURS ago. ZERO assistance, pure BS. Avoid.

Great 50% sale on really expensive thin air because thats all your ever gonna get you will never see your mango bike if you order one. If u like wasting money give these guys a go they are great for it!

Ordered pedals quoted 3-5 days delivery, 8 days now no pedals they don’t reply to e-mails or return calls. Stay Well Away

another 1 star for these guys. 6 weeks on from placing an order. no sign of the bike and intermittent and now completely stopped replies to enquiries.

Fantastic customer service from Ian. Superb advice and excellent communication. A real pleasure to deal with and I can highly recommend.

Ordered a bike 8 weeks ago, the website said ‘built and dispatched in 2-3 weeks’ but all I’ve had is an email just over a month ago telling me it would be assembled to ship ‘next week’. The website still states hand built and dispatched in 2-3 weeks.

Ordered handlebars. Incorrect size, so I contacted customer services. After quite some time they responded, telling me to post back for a refund. Posted back and never heard anything - ever - again. I continuously chased, without a single reply....I will never use this company again.

Terrible, terrible service. Had numerous issues from day one, they progressively got worse so started interacting with them on email. Had a response that they would look into it, nothing since.
I left comments on instagram to try and get someones attention and they just get deleted immediately.

Bikes look great, delivery was OK, but follow up and quality has been appalling. Avoid if you can.

Purchased a brick lane bikes front rack last month. Can’t fault the quick delivery. However, the BLB rack is not fit for purpose, really poor quality construction and I can’t actually put it together it’s so mis-aligned. Not Mango’s fault. However, I can’t get any contact to get a return sorted out, I’ve sent messages via my Mango bike account, sent an email and left a voicemail. All seemingly into the void

Sadly they never answer the phone or respond to ‘chat’.

I’ve taken my business elsewhere …

Spoke to Andrew who explained out of stock/discontinued, despite ’3 sold in last 10 hours’ on website 😵‍💫

A part broke and we never received any support or help in how to source a replacement after trying calls, social media, emails. We just seem to have been ignored. Can't fix it at a bike repair shop as they need a Mango-specific part. So disappointing.

Continuous spam no matter how much you unsubscribe!! No one ever answers the sales line so I'll be reporting them for GDPR breach for starters. Looking at the other reviews, clearly not good products either so don't go near them!!

Looking at all the reviews I can relate to them, I got a bike from them. It turned into a rust bucket within months, cheap sprayed up frame and terrible components. Emailed them to get some answers and was just fobbed off the guy running it was a complete 🔔🔚. No wonder they are now bankrupt. Was lured in by the fancy marketing and website like everyone else. Stay well clear of this guy and any other company he starts up.
