I heard about Kathryn at the end of 2022 when I joined epically aligned. I have been studying spirituality, mindset work, manifestation and inner healing for many years now. I took the Manifest Your Dream Life Workshop back in August and the lessons are honestly timeless. I often go back to my notes on this and have found that they have helped me at various stages in my manifestation journey. The way she explained the concepts was easy to digest. The workshop challenged me to get more clear on subconscious limiting beliefs and acclimate my mind to dreaming bigger than I have before.
