Ther hove branch is shocking, lied to us and only care about ther reviews

Haywards Heath branch - poor quality of viewings around 50% were not on market and on today’s overheard them discussing another property whilst viewing mine. Also selling technique was concentrated on potential for extension rather than house as is. Would not recommend

Jack and the team have made the sale process easy and Stress Free. They are always available by phone or email. Even when things haven’t been great with our purchase through another agent Jack was on hand to assist. If you are looking for an Estate Agent, then I would highly recommend Mansell McTaggart East Grinstead

We purchased a house in Burgess Hill through Mansell McTaggart, and they were fantastic every step of the way - Scott handled our purchase and the communication was great throughout. The team were so helpful and efficient, which is exactly what you need when moving house!

My experience with Mansell McTaggart was, from start to finish, extremely disappointing. I was both buying and selling through them, and the entire process was stressful for all the wrong reasons.

The only member of staff I would recommend is Rhys. He was professional, helpful, and one of the few people who communicated properly throughout the process.

Unfortunately, the rest of my experience was poor. Jamie Glew, despite being a partner, came across as rude and dismissive whenever I had to deal with him. I expected a much higher standard of customer service from someone in such a senior position.

Communication throughout the transaction was consistently lacking. Even something as simple as collecting the keys to my new property became unnecessarily difficult, and rather than trying to help, staff were rude and unaccommodating.

The mortgage brokers they work with were equally frustrating. Their communication was extremely poor—I regularly had to call numerous times before I could actually speak to someone or receive an update. Chasing them became a full-time job.

What concerned me most was my experience with the first mortgage broker. During my application, I discovered that details of my purchase and personal circumstances had been discussed with my relatives because the broker claimed to have a "good friendship" with them. I found this completely unacceptable and deeply concerning from a confidentiality and data privacy perspective.

Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Buying and selling a home is stressful enough without having to deal with poor communication, unprofessional behaviour, and a lack of respect for clients. I would not recommend Mansell McTaggart based on my experience, with the sole exception of Rhys, who was the only person who consistently demonstrated professionalism and genuine customer care.

I recently sold my house through Mansell McTaggart in Copthorne, West Sussex, and the service was outstanding. Josh was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was very professional , efficient, and his warm smiley attitude took the stress out of the sale. It is clear that the branch is exceptionally well-run under Julian the branch manager. Julian was very good, and highly supportive. They make a fantastic team, and i highly recommend Josh , Julian and the rest of the Mansell McTaggart Team.

We couldn't be happier with the experience of selling and buying our properties through Mansell McTaggart in Ringmer. Scott was fantastic to deal with—highly professional, proactive, and always available to answer our questions. The whole process was handled seamlessly. I recently completed the purchase of a property through Mansell McTaggart Crawley Branch and would like to thank Jamie and the Sales Progression team for their assistance throughout the transaction.

The purchase involved a number of challenges and delays, many of which were outside the estate agent's control. Throughout the process, Jamie remained professional, responsive and helpful, acting as an effective point of communication between ourselves and the sellers. The Sales Progression team also played an important role in helping keep matters moving and coordinating the transaction through to completion.

Despite the complexities involved, the team worked hard to support the process and we were pleased to reach a successful completion.

Mansell McTaggart proved to be the best choice when I was looking for a flat in Hove. Harry, in particular was super helpful and guided me through the process and dealt with any issues straight away in a very friendly and professional manner. The whole experience was very positive and I'd highly recommend the service.

Initially all went well. Great photos and floor plan attracted people quickly via Rightmove. But after agreeing a sale, the sales progression process was poor and frustrating. I felt it was more about “managing expectations” rather than prioritising and communication. But we got there in the end but can’t help feeling that was mainly due to other people’s efforts.

Due to emails sent which I have now been shared due to divorce. I am taking legal action very soon on the company and one individual.

Most unprofessional act I have ever had to witness when they don’t know the truth.

And when you have done everything in your power to sell the house, and they just don’t try and sell it. Ring doorbells. Give the client a brochure and stay outside on your phone.

Find a real sales estate agent

I used Mansell McTaggert mainly because I have used Ben Frankling in the past and there has always been positive and professional outcome. Having met the other members of the team it has been just as positive. Everyone has been very helpful and friendly and have able to sort any issues quickly. Mainly dealing with Ben has been a pleasure again. Thank you.

What an amazing letting team at Hove, particularly Wendy & Victoria. We have been let down so many times in trying to rent somewhere but Wendy & Victoria were brilliant. They did everything they could to ensure we were successful and kept us informed every step of the way. I would highly recommend them.

Rented from Mansell McTaggert. We reported mold nothing done about it, they were not interested. We moved out and paid for a professional cleaning service £330 but they said it was not good enough and and wanted to bring in there own cleaning service and deduct from the deposit. They sent photos two weeks after moving out pointing out stuff that wasn’t even on the exit inspection report. Avoid really unscrupulous people.

The sale of my house in Partridge Green was administered by Ben Frankling of the Steyning branch of Mansell McTaggart. He was always very quick to respond to any questions and easy to communicate with. I left pretty much everything to him and all seemed to go smoothly for which I was grateful. Thank you, DB
