Mapquest uses shady predatory tactics to force you to use their platform. They mix information regarding my Business with my competition to make you want to create an account to edit it so they can stay relevant and piggy backing small businesses to generate revenue pathetic I have screenshots to show it Google protects them from bad reviews

My business address is wrong. There is no way to contact these people to change it and no way to change it myself. Useless information therefore and hot helpful to my business.

Mapquest has gone way down hill! Tried to use just now. Not accurate and hard to get basic information in. Kept sending me to another state. Will never use again period

I own a restaurant and was surprised when a guest showed me that my restaurant showed PERMANENTELY CLOSED on mapquest's website. Amusing. Thank goodness no one uses this site anymore.

Mapquest has so many flaws. Some of the business that they state is closed are open and some of the businesses that are stated as open are closed. Very bad site for accurate information! Bummer!

Reports my co wrong information and photos another company under my co. False numbers, co hours, and photos

They have My business address wrong and despite repeated attempts to contact them to correct the mistake they have done nothing about it

Dr. Uhr repaired my injured knee from Race walking. I tore my patellar ligaments in 1993. I continued race walking for 30 years and recently had a left knee replacement with Dr. Salassa in 2025. I’ll be 70 yrs. old in 2026 and have been in my home gym race walking on my treadmill. Orthopedic Surgeons at Kaiser Permanente are outstanding Doctors.

The address for my business is years out of date and there is no way to contact Mapquest to update this.

CRAZY you cant find anything apparently you need to pay to get listed and yelp the king of nonsense reviews is there leader

They will create your listing with the false information like wrong hours wrong number wrong name wrong address and when you try to fix it they ask for 500 bucks

Once again placed an order for delivery from Kwiki and spoke with Anna there. She was very knowledgeable to help me with my choices. I’m extremely impressed with both her input and service. I would definitely give her a 5.Enjoyed the experience. Great service, excellent product selection and competitive prices. What more could you ask for ?

I have been unable to update incorrect company information being provided by MapQuest. I have submitted several tickets since February 2025 with absolutely no follow up! Their inaccurate reporting has cost us business.

Wrong address. Why does this website still exist?

If I could give zero stars I will, MapQuest has my home address listed as a restaurant, I've asked them many times to remove that restaurant from my address, and they've never responded, much less resolved the issue. They're truly terrible with customer service, and you feel helpless because a cheap website provides false and misleading information online.

They put my information on mapquest without my consent. I asked them to take it down they said it's someone else.
Legal actions will be taken in 24hrs.

My address contains "1/2" in it's numbers. Mapquest deletes the 1/2- which then puts the location marker on the wrong building that is about 1/8 of a mile away. When I contacted them they responded, "The MapQuest search does not differentiate between units or fractions at an address. So it will not find a 1/2 address separate from the whole number address." So even though my official address that I have had for over 35 years has 1/2 in it- their system won't use it. Any delivery person using Mapquest will be taken to the wrong address.
