We were actively looking for the right apartment around Marbella, and got in touch with many real estate agents. Very rapidly Carla stood up by her dedication. professionalisms, and great listening skill. She understood well our needs and narrow down the searches within the right perimeter and budget. Not once she tried forcing our decision on any given project, but instead always highlighted the pros & cons. Upon the third trip to Marbella within few months, we found the perfect fit for us. Carla had been just amazing, always available and genuinely kind, everything become easy and smooth despite us leaving 6000 km away.

Heb via MDL een appartement in het project Capri in Estepona aangekocht, wij zijn hier heel goed bij geholpen door Eldin hij heeft ons in het hele aankoop traject begeleid met advies naar de makelaar, notaris en de bank met wat voor mogelijkheden er zijn, zodoende veel uit handen gegeven naar alle tevredenheid.

We expected that our search for a flat in Spain will take at least couple of months. However, our communication with Tracie was so good (even before we met in person) that she has very quickly worked out exactly what kind of property we were looking for. We had only two half days of visits arranged and there were couple of flats that we really liked. But for one of them we instantly knew it was the one! After our offer was accepted, Tracie made the whole process even more efficient, introducing us to lawyers, helping with opening a bank account and many more helpful hints along the way. There was never a day of anxiety or frustration, we are so grateful to MDL support, and we have also decided to use their services for property management going forward. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Working with Tracie was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Communication started well in advance of us arriving in Spain. Tracie understood our requirements from the beginning which allowed us to make efficient use of a short trip to the region and ultimately a very smooth and pleasant property purchase. I had no idea how lucky we were to have stumbled across MDL to purchase our holiday home. From the outset to the closing to the management of the property , their service has been 5 stars! Tracie was an absolute superstar - property hunting with her was a pleasure. So well informed and on top of everything. She could read me as soon as we entered a property. Het is een fijn bedrijf om mee in zee te gaan. Voor ons bezoek aan Spanje hadden we veel contact met Carmen. Vragen over projecten werden altijd snel en goed beantwoord. Ook het meedenken naar mogelijkheden. Tijdens ons bezoek aan Spanje zijn we op pad geweest met Nadia. De service was hoog. Diverse projecten bezocht en na het maken van een sterkte zwakte analyse van de bezochte projecten gingen we de volgende dag wederom op zoek. Ze luisteren goed naar je wensen en ook direct de 2de dag ons appartement gevonden. Ook de service daarna is erg goed. Ze zijn niet opdringerig, maar wijzen je wel de weg bij de diverse instanties wanneer je dat wenst. Ook tijdens de gehele procedure tot nu toe goede en snelle communicatie. Naprosta profesionalita a pomoc pri vyberu vhodne nemovitosti vcetne pomoci pri jeho koupi A následně pomoci při organizačních věcech po koupi bytu jako rekonstrukce,řemeslníci atd……To pro mě bylo úžasný !!!! Urcite bych se obratil příště zase na Marketu. Mlada holka ,obětava a sikovna,jazykové Dobre vybavena!!!!Vse proběhlo Dobre a stal jsem se majitelem nádherného bytu přímo u more!!Filip
