WARNING, they have taken 24.99€ for a Subscription my son didn't want, didn't subscribe and he is a minor.

POSSIBLE FRAUD!!!

Ich bin mir sehr sicher, dass das eine Betrugsfirma ist und habe Anzeige erstattet.
Plötzlich wurden mir monatlich 49€ vom Konto gebucht, obwohl ich nie etwas abgeschlossen hatte. Kundenservice telefonisch? Kein Anschluss unter dieser Nummer. Reaktionen auf email an den Support? Keine.
Meine Anfrage bei der Bank zeigte, dass ein Abschluss via Kreditkarte erfolgte. Nur: ich habe die kreditkartenfunktion meiner Debitkarte nie freigeschaltet, das bestätigte mir auch der Bankmitarbeiter.
Bitte passt auf euch auf, ich habe meine Karte sperren lassen, damit das Unternehmen nichts mehr abbuchen kann.

SCAM!! This company sent me an email saying I had signed up for a subscription at £49 a month took money from my account. I have never heard of them.

Scam, I have no idea how I ended up paying 1p through Apple Pay. No subscription appears in my phone. Then I get an email telling me I have a one day trial which will be charged £49 thereafter. You cannot cancel as you cannot get through by phone. Email gets a support notice that they will take over 24hrs to look at your issue which of course immediately kicks in the £49 subscription.

This company has just removed money from my bank account without my permission. As far as I can see this is a scam. I have had to put a stop on my direct debit card. I have no idea how this was done. I am in contact with my bank as to how to retrieve the £49 taken.

Took subscription without my knowing and at time of writing only refunded the 1p not the £49.00

Cannot trust this company , even though I did not subscribe ( no email confirmation as proof ) money deducted and fortunately customer service helped me get my money refunded but they deducted some amount and did not deduct 100 percent

Ich habe keine deutschen Inhalte gefunden und deshalb sofort beendet. Die Abwicklung war absolut problemlos. Top!
