Hi there, your own MyAuspot settings will overide option we choose, so if your account does not currenlty allow safe drop, it will be taken to the post. If you had all those settings, and the post man still took it to the post office, that it would seem to be an issue with them, not with us. Regards, Dylan
Zero customer service response
I ordered 4 items. 2 of them have been received. I have sent 2 emails regarding this over a month ago, and haven't received a response to either email. I've just sent a third email regarding this but am not holding my breath on receiving a response. Poor customer service.

Original product had an issues, it's fixed now!!
The product is all scratched and this would have been scratched before it was placed in a mountain of bubble wrap. Brought this a a gift and pretty disappointed with how scratched up it is. Looks like a used product not a brand new product.
If I could get one unscratched that would be appreciated this is a gift for end of march if this could be shipped and recieved before 25th of march I still have time to gift it and would gladly update the provided score for a better product.
Update on previous review the new product shipped out really fast and looks perfect. Thankyou to the customer service team who fixed this up for me couldn't be happier with this purchase
