The jacket was advertised as being reduced from over £100 to £39....having received it, I wouldn't even pay a £5.

Ordered 3 items - they do not resemble what was on the pictures.
On top of that the return process is so painful and long - I keep exchanging emails for days now with them because they refuse to provide the return address. Atrocious customer service.

It’s a total scam all the things that you see on the photos are nothing like what comes and they won’t give you your money back. They just rip you off and the clothes that do come or that poor quality that awful don’t buy from this company.

The trousers when they eventually arrived were of very poor quality. They were meant to be a cotton / linen mix but they are more like a cheap polyester. On a closer look at the return policy I have to send them to China. There is no way I am going to spend more money on that. If only I had seen the reviews before I ordered. I normally only order online from respected legal companies and this is the first time I hav been scammed and I will make sure it is the last.

What a disgrace I will never use this company again. Wish I had looked at reviews first £40 on a dress that was no better quality than SHEIN. When I tried to return they offered me 20% refund instead when I said no they tried to barter with me and came back at 25% refund…… I said no they came back at 30%…….. u can see where this is going! I’m furious and have told them so. At this point they still have not given me return info or issued a refund. Very unhappy!

The dress delivered is a completely different dress. Absolutely horrendous.
The website is misleading customer as it is not in London at all. All the pictures made with AI. The most appalling fabric and design doesn’t even get closer to the pictures…. SCAM! SCAM! SCAMS

WARNING ‼️ This company is a complete SCAM they are not from London at all . The dress I ordered was nothing like the pictures on the website and you can’t return it as they con you to pay more shipping fees to some random warehouse thats in china or somewhere then say if its out of the 14 days period you wont receive the money …. It says on their advertising FULL MONEY BACK Guarantee it’s a complete lie.

SCAM! I ordered the Indira dress and it's completely different to the image, cheap thin material, not fitted at all, just a baggy piece of thin rough fabric and awful colours, and loose thread hanging off the seam. The worst thing ive ever ordered!
The cost to ship back is more than what i paid, HUGE SCAM! I don't order clothes online anymore, too much of a gamble especially in this climate where everyone is desperate to make money and rip people off! And especially from China!

This company is a scam and should be shut down, what you receive after waiting for it to come on a slow boat from China, is a thin static, very poor version of what is clearly falsely advertised, there is only a small size label, no company labelling, the cut of the dress is not the same, there is no raunching, you can see through both layers the material is that thin, and the stitching I could do better myself,
When you contact them they offer refunds at a further cost to you to track ship back to china,

This company is a scam. They are based in China, not London. Their items arrive with zero labels neither from brand or care instructions. The items are not as described, they are more appropriate for Temu.

When you complain and ask to return the item, they tell you that you must pay shipping costs (approx £20) if you want a full refund. Also, the reutrn must be made in 14 days, which is impossible as the warehouse is in China, and you first must get the address out of them (they offer you discounts as much as possible to buy this).

AVOID. This is clearly a scam website who bank on people not being bothered to chase up the faulty item to return.

I think this is a scam. The dress I received was nothing like the one I ordered no shipping labels no labels on the dress. Very Cheap material and not worth the money at all

Ordered a cute country style dress. Material is cheap see-through fabric with threads hanging off. Not as described, poor quality and so not recommend. Waiting to hear back about return but not hold out much hope.

Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Cheap fabric, loose threads, really disappointed. Wouldn't recommend. Absolutely conned. Waste of money.

This company has all the hallmarks of a scam. I ordered a very pretty flower patterned dress in the sale - still £35.
The dress I eventually received was a polyester shapeless piece of fabric with visible stitching and blurred pattern. I wouldn’t be seen dead init. The website gives the impression of a UK based company but in order to get a refund I need to send it back to China at my own expense. Utter rubbish!

I purchased a pair of jeans after seeing their Instagram advert and received regular updates until delivery. Unfortunately, when they arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The jeans looked nothing like the advert, the material was flimsy and not denim-like at all, and the sizing was completely inaccurate. I ordered an XL, which is a UK size 16 based on their website’s size guide, but what I received was closer to a UK size 10.

I contacted their customer service team, following the steps outlined in their refund policy. Instead of allowing me to return the item, they initially offered a 15% “goodwill” refund. When I declined, they increased it to a 25% partial refund. I insisted on returning the item, and they eventually provided an address in China along with a condition in the small print: the item must be received within 14 days, and I must cover all customs duties or the return would be rejected. This directly contradicts their own refund policy, which states customers have 30 days from delivery to return items.

Overall, I’m very disappointed with the quality of the product and the service I received. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company.

The dress that was delivered was nothing like what I ordered . A very poor imitation cheaply made, worth less than £5. No lace on it at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Omg. How do these people get away with it! Items look fantastic on website .
Reality is they are cheap materials cheaply from china. Not what you order a cheap copy .
Says they refund if not happy! Well that’s a joke they are haggling with me offering me partial money back and to keep the garment . I want a full refund and to send this back . I said it’s a faulty garment and not fit for purpose and their for do not have to pay to return for a full refund . Now am not getting a response !!!!!! .

Terrible quality. 'Quality lace', label says 100% polyester. Looks cheap. Was not cheap.
Ive contacted Mark & Laura to ask where I send the return, T&Cs state this is fine to do so within 30 days. Their response was baffling.
