This company is a scam. Their AI runs wild, providing false reports. I contacted them numerous times and have yet to receive a response.

My experience as an authorized Mattel retailer was perfectly smooth — until this so-called “trademark management firm” decided to let artificial intelligence run wild. Their system now enforces trademark “compliance” without even understanding who the real license holders are.

They never bothered to contact companies like Bendon Inc., who have been paying royalties to Mattel since before the firm’s owner probably finished high school. Instead, they blanket-enforce nonsense that disrupts legitimate business operations and damages trusted retail partnerships.

If this is their idea of “brand protection,” it’s really just brand confusion wrapped in arrogance and automation.

Man I paid for their service but never got anything!!!! I reached out multiple times but never got an email back!!!! BEAWARE, this is not a serious company, big SCAM! I hope to make other companies aware so they won't get scammed like we did!!!

I signed up with MarqVision and made a payment expecting their brand protection services to begin as described. Unfortunately, after the payment was processed, I received no updates or deliverables. I tried contacting their support several times but didn’t get a satisfactory response or any service rendered. I’m very disappointed with the experience and needed to go through legals to get a refund
