Excellent company. Good description of items, sent out in a timely fashion and a very simple returns process if you have any issues with your items. Continue to use and be very pleased by their service.

I returned the item as the fit didn't suit me. The online return system was quick and simple to complete, and the refund was received within the expected time frame.

I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago, paid EUR 80 for delivery, and to date, I have not received anything.

I’ve shopped with Marrkt a few times, and sold once. It’s a friendly, efficient service and if you check regularly they have some incredible pieces for sale.

Brilliant sustainable shopping

I made a purchase recently of a jacket that was a little too large for me unfortunately so I had to use the returns process. Really excellent experience which was largely automated and very efficient. Great communication from the company throughout and everything was done in a very timely fashion. A really great experience in an important area for online shopping - not everything fits all the time!

Marrkt has a great core offering: preowned or dead stock quality items, at a reasonable price. I can’t complain about any of that.

But I think there are some small improvements they could make that would have a positive impact.

1. Packaging: Marrkt send their items loose (but folded) in good quality paper postal bags. My experience has been - on a few deliveries- the bag is ripped in transit and the item is either dirty or wet from handling. No big deal, but an additional covering would be great, perhaps even just some recycled branded tissue paper. It’ll also help with the images, as at times you’re spending significant money, and the experience can feel a bit lacking.
2. Measuring: not the first to call this out, and I bet it’s a pain to measure everything, but I’d suggest at least adding some additional information. Such as the waist on shirts and coats. There’s plenty I would buy, if only I knew the waist measurement.
3. Refunds: It’s been said before, their refunds are slow, and expensive. The returns process though - in general - has markedly improved.
4. Item identification: Quite nuanced here, but there’s plenty of items in stock which are wrong in their brand name. This seems to usually be impacting retailer collaborations, and they confuse made BY and made FOR. Ie, Rivet and Hide jeans, these are actually The Flat Head jeans, made for Rivet and Hide. Not a biggie, but have heard frustrations from sellers

Generally speaking, I like using their service, though I do have to as careful as o would be when buying preowned privately, such as on eBay.

I think these few small tweaks would really help, but that’s just like, my opinion man.

Easy scrolling and overview, sizes well described. As well a fast shipper and most of all, thankfully tax and charges are charged in advance for a better planning of expenses and a great shopping experience.

Buying and selling very good. All straight forward. Returning items too many different options not so straight forward. Response to emails could be quicker also.

Some interesting niche products and very responsive service
