mCable Gaming experience and support help

I ordered mCable Gaming. It was shipped pretty fast and once I got it, it worked great. Love to play Nintendo Switch with the enhanced cable. After a year, unfortunately the cable (or should I say the GPU inside the cable) broke and I started noticing jagged graphics and blurry text. I mailed support and send some pictures as proof. They responded very quick and offered to send me a new cable. Even offered to wait for it to be in stock, or send one available from a storehouse within my country. I'm very pleased with the responsiveness and support they gave me and do not recognize any of the other lower rated reviews. In any case, we can conclude that over the years they have improved their support and communication a lot! I would highly recommend their business.

No customer supprt

1 week after ordering and paying for mCable gaming I didn't receive any update. They don't answer to email.

I wish I would have read trustpilot reviews before.

Don't waste your hard earned money!

I work hard for my money, I've dreamed about having one of these cables for years. It was April 2022, it was finally the time to buy, I tried Amazon, they weren't being sold there anymore. Then of course I went to their site, it has a nice interface, and surprisingly they ship worldwide.

I chose the retro cable, went to check out, shipping was expensive but fair - this is what I thought to myself, if this amount will guarantee I receive my item with no extra headache, great!

All went good (for them of course, they received my money). And THAT WAS IT. After the first tracking, there were no new updates. I've never received the item, and I kept thinking, "it will show up, it will show up!" it never did. Start of June I started contacting them, many many tickets opened, NOT A SINGLE ONE ANSWERED. I would understand if something happened, if they explained to me, that would be something at least, but they don't even care.

Now think about this, you work hard, you send your hard earned money to these people who say who gonna deliver the item you paid to your door, and they just vanish after getting the money. That's what Marselle Inc. do. Do yourself a HUGE favor and DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY to these L lifes.

I did buy a mClassic but it is still not shipped after a few weeks. Customer support isnt responding.

270 euro down the drain(not anymore)

I ordered A MClassic and Mcable a few months ago
a month later i still didn't have it so i reached out to the customer service first they proper repelyed, telling me that they would contact the shipper and if they didn't reply in a few days that she would create a new order for me, i said thank you and waited a few days, i was expecting a message from them if the shipper replied and if they create a new order for me but i didn't received a message. I waited a week because i thought maybe they wil message me a bit later but it stil didn't happen. Now we are two weeks later and stil didn't heard anything.. so u guess it's no Mclassic and Mcable for me and 270 euro down the drain..

So surprisingly i received my Mclassic and Mcable today after about 3 months so i am happy about that.
so i make the 1 star, 3 stars now. 3 stars because the company should try to develop there communication

Great customer support!

I bought a mClassic via Indiegogo.

As I had a few minor problems with the device, I contacted the customer support at Marseille Inc.

Over about 3 mails back and forth the problem was sorted out.

The supporter was very knowledgeable and was capable of discussing resolutions and refresh rates. This in relation to products such as the Open Source Scan Converter and the Elgato 4K60.

I am very pleased with both the support and the mClassic!

Great cables. Communication can be better

Update. Order has arrived and it's a great cable. Customer service got back to me. In future a quicker response time would be better because I did reach out on all channels and felt like my questions weren't getting answered. Either way all is well

I have contacted them multiple times on their support email plus their online chat as well as their info email

I have heard absolutely nothing for days now and worried my order will not get sent to me. This customer service has been appalling. The cords are good but they can't seem to even contact me back. They have basically sent a fake USPS tracking number that hasn't even recieved a package from them. Not a happy camper....
