Marshfield Farm Ice Cream Opiniones

There was a delivery hiccup with my order NOTHING TO DO with Marshfield, the delivery company demonstrated an astronomical lack of ability or intelligence, another story!
Despite this not being Marshfield's problem they jumped in and helped get the whole debacle sorted out - without any fuss or bother and with a supremely professional approach.
Plus, their products are absolutely delicious!

This has to be the most delicious ice cream and sorbet I have ever eaten. I have recommended it to friends who all feel the same,.

Ice cream is fabulous

It went down extremely well at my 70th birthday celebration. The coffee went very quickly. The champagne & strawberry sorbet was divine. Just have a small amount left and a little vanilla. Will have to order the coffee as I didnt even get chance to try it!!

Arrived on time perfectly packaged and delighted the birthday boy. Thank you

This is the first time we have bought ice cream on line and was great easy to do we will buy again from them what a great taste

Great Ice Cream, easy process from ordering to delivery!! Would thoroughly recommend!!

Very speedy, reasonably priced delivery. Ice cream was all totally yummy!😋

lovely ice cream have ordered before, good choice of flavours

Ice cream is the best we have ever had. I had some in a local restaurant and asked what it was and ordered 5 flavours to be delivered. It arrived promptly and every flavour was awesome! BEST ICE CREAM AND SERVICE EVER! Will be ordering again asap. Thank you

Very easy to order on line and it arrived when it said, which makes it very easy, dpd delivered on time as well which made it even better.

Great fast delivery. Packaged well and yeah al round good service

I received someone else's order. Rang to query what happens now and was told someone would call me back, no call back so rang again to be told the person dealing with it had gone home. Very bad customer service.

Very helpful customer service. I was able to order my ice cream for delivery the following day.
I was also able to order a gift voucher (paper) but this took 9 days to arrive. Part of my order was for myself and part was a birthday gift. I tried new flavours (coffee and lemon sorbet) both were delicious. The gifted ice cream is a known favourite.

I order my dogs ice cream direct as the pet shop I used to get it from closed.
Same price, if you order enough it's free delivery.
Arrives completely frozen by courier and it's the only pet ice cream my dog will eat (fussy git) or maybe hes just got good taste👍

Lovely local company with normally wonderful product, but on the occasion it wasn't I received woeful customer service.
Not our fault go back to the shop is not the answer. It's your product, your name and you should fight to keep it, along with your customers.

Normally 5 star. This occasion 1 star. So I split the difference

Beautiful ice-cream as usual. Marshfield is the best ice cream. Great delivery. Easy to order. I have tried most of the flavours except blackberry and clotted cream. That's next.

Love this ice cream... the cherry and banana in particular. Excellent packaging
