I was interested more about the property and wanted to find out more about their processing. I've left them voice messages and they've ignored me. Felt like my custom isn't worthy for them.

Unfortunately after the tenancy was signed Sarah found my partner on Facebook, messaged him asking him out for a drink and then proceeded to call multiple times after not receiving a response.

We can’t thank Sarah & Vanessa enough for their support , not only with selling our home but the whole process of selling and buying 🥰 so helpful, friendly, thoughtful and professional.

Fantastic friendly & professional service from these lovely ladies, they really do go the extra mile.
Definitely recommended by us after selling two houses and buying one off them too.

A house I was buying through Martin and co was down valued by £30,000 which is a big difference. I also lost over £500 on solicitors fees. £30,000 is a big difference to get wrong. I na now out of pocket. How can this happen!! Be careful with over valuations by these guys. When I confronted them they blamed it on their customer.

Very happy with the service provided by Vanessa and Sarah, both are very hard working. I felt comfortable asking loads of questions and they responded quickly to all of my emails, communication is excellent, we were kept up to date with every step of the process and our sold sold in a few days!

Amazing experience with Martin and Co. My purchasing went smooth and my lettings with you so far has been problem free. The percentage on the lettings compared to your competitor eg Baistow Eves is a bit steep otherwise all is well. Thanks.

Sarah and Vanessa were amazing.
I chose them over others after viewing houses myself as a 'buyer' and was really impressed with how they followed up my viewing and tried to offer my different properties when the one I went for wasn't for me.
My property was put on Zoopla and Rightmove on the same day they came to view and take photos and it was sold within 3 days.
Even after the buyer pulled out after 2 weeks they were reassuring and when the property was put back up for sale was sold again within a week.
Don't pay over the odds with other companies when Sarah and Vanessa do an amazing job and ensure they follow up from your viewings!!

Office were easy to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Kept me well informed every step of the way.

Didn't receive documents as they were posted to incorrect address. No apology given for their error.

The staff went above and beyond fabulous team

An excellent service from all staff at Martin and co who were involved in the sale of my house. This sale was not great due to the first buyer pulling out on the day of exchange and then a complete mess was made by shacklocks solicitors in Mansfield when the second buyer got involved. Searches were forgotten about and they were really slow dealing with things, also they have to send everything out via post prolonging the sale immensely. The solicitor also left the company during the sale too for what ever reason and management had to step in. With all the above in mind Martin &co kept me updated and chased and chased and never gave up until the house was sold. Amazing support and amazing staff! Thank you so much Vanessa would of decided against selling if you hadn’t of put the effort and dedication in that you did.

All round great staff that will do all they can to help you out to buy/sell your home.
