This company is a fraud

This company is a fraud, dont waste your time. The customer service dept. ignores any attempt you make for help. They don't let you complete Surveys which denys you pts . And when you do accumulate enough pts for a gift card - you never receive it. They even deduct pts without your knowledge (can see only if you check your pt history) so you can't accumulate enough pts to get a gift card with the pts. Stay away from Maru Springboard America as they waste your time. There are other more reputable companies out there.

Right platform to waste your time

If you you want ro deal with technical issues after completing 20-min survey and lose your points, or not even get the points after completing your surveys, or being robbed for your survey points without any explanation but with not helpful “survey reconciliation” deduction you are using the right platform to waste your time.

A complete waste of time

A complete waste of time. You can spend 10 minutes or more answering criteria questions to find it's a good fit, then told know. I tried to complete 8 today, just kept wasting my time. It takes a very long time to meet 2500 points for a $25 gift card. The surveys often stall or fail. Just don't bother.

Dishonest promises...

Have been a panel members for a long time and have submitted 100's of surveys. My last reward was processed by Maru and they informs me in January that the $25 Amazon E card wild be processed soon! March 10 now, and still NO reward after numerous requests made to them!

Must've been accumulating points too quickly

Signed up a few days ago. I had time on my hands so I answered a bunch of surveys, got to 1950 points and was permanently banned in the middle of the survey. I've reached out to support. Based on others' reviews I'm not expecting a response nor do I imagine that I'll be compensated.

This is a scam. It is a thief of time and data.

This place is not worth any more than 2 stars.

They get many things wrong.

They have no regard or appreciation for the amount of time & energy people waste in completing all the silly surveys for pennies in return. It is quite common to see 20-35 min. long surveys paying only $0.25.

The “Survey reconciliation” practise other reviewers have also referred to, whereby they take money out of your account with no explanation whatsoever, is very much real. This is the money you worked tooth and nail for and received for successfully completed surveys. They seem to be totally oblivious to the fact that reversing/stealing one's earnings this way is the quickest way to offend and frustrate people and chase away good members.

Wrong estimates for surveys are also commonplace- The dashboard might indicate it is an 11 min. survey. But don't be surprised if you find yourself plugging away at endless questions 20 mins. into the survey, with the progress bar showing only 32% of the survey completed... So you will be working on this for close to an hour before you will get your $0.25 deposited into your account.

Be careful with "multi-part" studies: They might pay for the first part but conveniently forget to pay for the second and third parts, despite the pop up asking if you want to proceed to the following sections with their separate payments. Just stop after completing the first part as you will not get paid for the rest.

Support is completely useless. They always play the same game of being "too busy" by delaying the initial response, then a few days later promising to respond within the next 48 hrs. After 48 hrs. you might receive a completely useless copy paste response or no response at all. A week or a month later reminding them that you are still expecting their response will be equally futile, they will simply ignore you. So don't expect them to reimburse you for any of their mistakes.

Finally, redemption threshold of $25 is unusually high compared to similar GPT sites. It can easily take 3-5 months depending on available surveys to reach that amount before you will see any payment at all.

I am guessing their underlying thinking is, they know most people will get fed up due to very slow rate of earnings and quit halfway through. By keeping the threshold so high they know they will not have to pay anything to a significant number of people, but get free labour from them in the process anyway.

Too stressful and futile chasing missing points and surveys I can actually complete.

I am 62 years old. I have been with this survey company for probably well over a decade. Within the last year or so they have become really stressful to deal with. If you do sign on keep careful records of the surveys you fill in -- The survey ID numbers, how much they are worth, and when you completed them. If you don't, you will end up not getting all your points. At first, I got all of the missing points I complained about back, but one of these surveys offered extra points for completing an extra section at the end of the survey. Unfortunately, I was not able to record which survey this way, and how many extra points I earned.

The latest loss of points was for a survey I filled in December 12, of 2025. It was 100 pts, which is worth $1.00. I sent email messages to them on December 26th, January 8th, January 20th, and January 24th. All the messages I got back told me they couldn't deal with my problem because they had a backlog of complaints, but they would get back to me within the next few business days. It is now February 20, 2926 and they still haven't gotten back to me, and I still haven't been credited these missing points.

It is more work having to check my balances, and fire off complaints than it is to actually do the surveys. Also, to get to surveys that I actually qualify for takes a lot of work. After spending several minutes filling in the first part, I would often get messages telling me I'm not the right fit for their survey.

Since last cashing in my last earnings for gift cards, I now have half the points I would need to get the next $30 gift card. However, I am too stressed out and too pissed off to waste any time doing surveys for MaruVoice Canada.

BAD VERIFICATION SYSTEM AND SCAM PAYOUTS

This Website is shirty as he'll, other survey sites let you cash put easily after completing the required surveys for minimum withdrawal, sometimes they do ask for verification but it doesn't take more than 24 -48 hrs. Tell me why after completing the requirements for cashing out having over 3900 points I wait 7 days for withdrawal and it's still stuck like that, I contact support and they okay wait for the next week, next week comes and still no withdrawal option.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCMAMMERS

Flawed Survey reconciliation.

Maru Voice Canada needs to stop with this “survey reconciliation” which arbitrarily deducts 100-175 points without explanation. Theres nothing on their website that explains this. I’ve tried reaching out to Maru Voice and no response as of this writing.

If they keep this up, I will stop doing surveys with MaruVoice. All other surveys like IpsosIsay doesn’t do anything like this

Maru voice is a waste of time

Maru voice is a waste of time, I completed about 4 surveys and had over 800 points in my account when they closed my account for suspicious activity. I reached out to customer support explaining that when I was logging in via my email and via the website, my account would show two different balances. I never created two accounts, so the problem was on them. I didn't use any VPN, I didn't lie on the surveys, I just took things seriously yet I was penalized. I reached out again to customer service and was ignored.

Don't waste your time there are better survey site out there, this is one of the worst ones.

Complete waste of time and complete lack of respect for the users

After many years without an issue I submitted the appropriate points with success but after waiting 10 days for payment and nothing! I contacted them and was told it would be resent???? Well still nothing!!!!!

No payout for all my efforts & time completing surveys at Maru Voice

I am sharing a few recent examples of my fully answered, completed & submitted surveys that I engaged at Maru Voice & DID NOT RECEIVE THE PROMISED POINTS.

So much of my time wasted & probably someone did not find my honest opinions (often not so positive)/answers to their liking, consequently, my complaints were mostly answered as their system did not show my survey completion or simply got no response whatsoever.

No payout completed survey #1:

"I fully completed & submitted this 8 min mcdonald survey # 45776579 204-211 pm EST Nov 28/25 & the 80 points is not received "

Don’t waste your time, scammers

I signed up, got lots of surveys and accumulated almost 2000 points . Then I kept gettting to the 90/95% completion on surveys and they’d boot me out, with zero reasoning and no points awarded. I emailed support, they gave me a generic answer and basically that’s the way it works. I responded to that email and then they have not replied back. I noticed I wasn’t getting any surveys and lost all streaks or bonus’s. I signed out and signed back in and got a message saying I have been permanently banned. Hopefully who ever is paying Maruvoice to do these surveys sees these reviews and realizes they are being scammed and maru voice is scamming consumers.

Maru Voice Canada is the worst

Maru Voice Canada has removed points from my account for surveys that I completed with no explanation. They also don't always credit points for completed surveys. I keep screen shots of the invitation, some of the questions, and confirmation of completion. Even though I email this proof and ask why points were removed a few days later, or not credited at all, they refuse to respond. This has happened several times. This is fraudulent behaviour. I now contact the companies when it is clear they were the ones behind the survey. Companies like Montellier, Nature's Path, etc. They need to know that Maru Voice is not paying for completed surveys. These companies pay for the service, which is scamming both the participants and the companies who hire them. I always point out to the companies that it makes participants think of them negatively and that I will no longer purchase or try their products. Obviously, these companies will have a way to contact Maru and not be ignored since they have a contract with them. If enough people do this, perhaps Maru will be held accountable. Branded surveys has excellent customer service. Just keep proof of your work along the way. They're very good at crediting points when there is an error at the end of the survey, as long as you have screen shots.

"Survey Reconciliation"

I have noticed that survey points were deducted from my account under the description “survey reconciliation,” despite the fact that I successfully completed and submitted the surveys. No explanation has ever been provided for these deductions.

I have contacted Maru several times regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. It is very frustrating to have points removed without clarification and to have my concerns ignored.

Show me the money.

Joined recently and have reached the $25 threshold where supposedly one can redeem a reward of their choice. Not sure what exactly this company needs to check before granting me the ability to do this. Other sites like Prolific have no issues once I reach their minimum $6 in earnings threshold.

Revised my rating as appears my account has been approved now and I was able to redeem my first reward; also surprisingly qualifying for a few surveys.
