Worst experience regarding management
Our wedding at Masia Ègara was meant to be a joyful and memorable day, but it was overshadowed by a deeply upsetting incident that occurred during the celebration. Important personal items and cash gifts went missing from the bridal suite, even though access to the space was supposed to be restricted and heavily secured with their own security personnel.
What made the situation even more distressing was how it was handled afterward. We felt dismissed, unsupported, and left without answers. The venue’s response focused on disclaimers rather than care or accountability, which was incredibly disappointing given the emotional and financial impact this had on us.
Masia Ègara is a beautiful venue, but our experience showed that security and responsibility were not given the attention they deserve. We truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves how similar situations are managed in the future. They should have cameras, a safe and secure room for couples to place their belongings.
We are sharing this to help future couples make an informed decision and to encourage the venue to treat guests with greater empathy, transparency, and professionalism when unexpected issues arise.
