With all our gratitude,
Over promised. Waste of money.
Promises was very good, BUT ... right after making payment and opening course I understood that money just wasted. Very unprofessional copy of other persons course.
Withing first couple days I asked for a refund, but haven't received it. Don't trust their refund policy or/and guarantee!
Realy wasted that money.
I recommend to avoid this "Academy" and don't waste your money.
There are much better courses and mentors.
You will get more information and value from one 10 hour video on YouTube from one of the experienced entrepreneurs in this topic.
These guys just faking it - their course/mentorship and their "own results", which doesn't exist apart from money they earning by selling this "course".

Dear Mike,
Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our academy did not meet your expectations. However, after carefully reviewing our records, we must clarify that we have no record of your enrollment or participation in any of our sessions.
It is our priority to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide high-quality, original content in our courses. We take claims of unprofessionalism and content duplication very seriously. If you were indeed a client of ours, we would be keen to investigate your claims thoroughly to ensure that all our content adheres to the highest standards of originality and professionalism.
Regarding your request for a refund, our academy has a clear refund policy in place. However, as we do not have any record of your participation or a payment made under your name, we are unable to proceed with any refund request. We encourage all our students to engage directly with us regarding any concerns, as we are committed to resolving them promptly and fairly.
It's concerning to hear that you believe our course and mentorship are not genuine. We take pride in the results and success stories of our many satisfied students. Our courses are designed to provide real value and are taught by experienced professionals in the field.
We would like to resolve this misunderstanding and invite you to contact us directly with any proof of your enrollment and payment. This will allow us to address your concerns more effectively and ensure that you receive the assistance you need.
Once again, we apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this situation may have caused. Please reach out to our support team, and we will be more than happy to assist you.
Sincerely,
Alyssa

Review with Jennie
Jennie was on time for my 1-2-1; she listened to any concerns and questions that I had. She answered the queries I had and gave advice. She acted upon any further correspondence or emails she promised to forward to me which was received eg this review. She admitted if she was not sure of certain issues - to look into or rectify. She also confirmed her availability by email or telephone if I needed her for anything. She complimented me and was pleased with my Airbnb journey so far (my webesite and access to AirDNA) . She was friendly, professional and very helpful as always

Very sketchy and unprofessional…
Very sketchy and unprofessional practices, some of the staff is well intentioned but the academy in itself seems to be mostly a money making machine for it's directors.
I signed up to the course and some of it was helpful but later found out that most of it is actually taken from other uncredited sources and can be found online for free...
Charging up to £800 for that service is bordering with a scam in my opinion.

Dear Antoine,
Thank you for your feedback. We are dedicated to providing a high-quality learning experience, and we are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We want to clarify that all course materials provided by our academy are the proprietary content of our institution. We take intellectual property rights very seriously, and it is disheartening to learn that there might be unauthorized distributions of our content. We are committed to protecting our courses and ensuring they are used ethically and legally.
Regarding your concerns about the course fee, we believe our pricing reflects the value of the original content, expertise, and the comprehensive support we offer. Our aim is always to balance affordability with maintaining the high standards of our educational service.
We have noted your affiliation with a group that has recently expressed similar concerns. We must inform you that due to the nature of these allegations, we have initiated a legal investigation to address this matter appropriately. This investigation is ongoing, and we are working diligently to resolve any misunderstandings and uphold the integrity of our academy.
While we respect your right to express your opinion, we encourage open and honest communication and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience and concerns in more detail. Please feel free to contact our support team at contact@academy.com, and we assure you that we will do our best to assist you.
