If you are thinking of using Matthew James to move your home contents from Spain to the UK our advice is don’t.
We should have known things were not going well when one man turned up to wrap and load the contents of a large villa.
Our fears were confirmed when on delivery to the UK two expensive and most likely irreparable and irreplaceable items of furniture were found to be badly damaged.
We and the delivery team reported the damage immediately, but it took three weeks for anyone to respond despite our have paid almost £500 for extended insurance cover.
As we write this our claim is still ongoing.

Matthew James are excellent and I would highly recommend them. They managed to fulfil all our requirements at very short notice and provided a first class service from the moment they were booked to collecting boxes after our move. Ben, Harvey and Harrison worked extremely hard and did a first class job. They are a credit to Matthew James.

We hade our house removal done today by the lovely Chris and Rob from Matthew James . They were very efficient, motivated and charming with my elderly Mother. They handled our goods with care and answered all our questions with a good sense of humour and cheerful attitude. Well done lads.

The Matthew James provided a great service from start to finish.

I was shipping a lot of items from the UK to Switzerland and the shipping crew (Chris and Robert) kept me informed of their ETA and they were fantastic during the unloading.

Great responsive service from start to finish. I was shipping some items from UK to France. Home team very helpful (Bessie, Jill, Paul and Grace). Once in France the shipping crew (Chris and Rob) did a fantastic job in keeping me informed and their ETA, who worked like clockwork and they were great unloading . Many thanks to the whole team making it totally stress free!

We had our home in France collected by Matthew James. It was executed efficiently and quickly without problem. Our goods within stored for a year and today Kieran and Adam arrived at a good hour in the morning. And delivered our home efficiently courteously and quickly.
