Exactly what I was looking for and quick delivery

Products sell out fast, but customer service are amazing and help as best as they can.

The experience online was very good, it's just disappointing that I need to buy online as my local matthews supermarket can't get the items I need, answer I get is 'it might be on next delivery'

Bought an item here that I realised after purchase was defective. It was a wok and I was specifically told that those can't be exchanged. It was a flat bottom wok, specifically for used with flat stove tops like electric ones, but it wouldn't sit flat because of the weight of the handle so most of the flat bottom didn't even contact the hob.

Despite the no exchange policy I decided to take the item back and see whether they would be able to do anything for me about the clearly defective item. I even offered to do a £20 shop there if they will exchange the item for me. (the wok cost only £10, but it's a matter of principle.)

Staff member who I spoke with wouldn't budge though and even tried to tell me that the wok is supposed to be used on a burner hob. I've done enough research to know that the only reason for the flat bottom woks to be produced is for hobs like the electric one. I'm not sure if they weren't aware of this because they never had the need to use a flat bottom wok or if they were just lying to me to make me think I'm in the wrong and that's the reason they can't help me.
