My boyfriend works for Mau he works 12 hour shifts from 5-5 he has been working every single day since he started on the 7th of this month and you all refuse to give him a day off just because he is a new employee and I think it’s messed up that a lot of the people that work at this place don’t get any days off especially if they work 12 hour shifts standing on their feet all day something needs to change ASAP

I was just told yesterday that we work 7-5 instead of 5-5 due to weather conditions that were going to happen. Also they told us that we wouldn’t get holiday pay if we didn’t show up. I wake up this morning, nothing in my area has been worked on. I tried to get out but wasn’t able to. I looked on news, barely any cars were out and it showed there was a bad accident on the highway I take to work so could have been me or could have made me late to work sitting in traffic from accident which would have still made me not get any holiday pay. I wrote my shift lead and he said only 5 people from my shift showed up and those are all ppl that live around the job. Now I’m stuck not getting holiday pay for bad weather conditions (sheets of ice and snow). This will really affect my family with me not getting paid. This is a way for the company to keep money in their pockets when they should have plenty of money bc they don’t pay us much. I should have already been hired on by now then I could have used a PTO day but they take forever to hire some people on but they hired others on before 3 months that are always late. I am very upset.

The hiring people were very accommodating with any questions that I've had. The whole process was very easy and informative. I was pleasantly shocked with how clean the work place was.

I love MAU workforce Solutions. I'll give them 5 stars. I love how they treat you and train your to be a productive worker or individual. They are the best :)

MAU was amazing! Unfortunately I had to end my assignment due to a family emergency with my mother. But they assured me that in a year I could reapply and I will. I wish I could've ended things better so I could've came back sooner.

Called to a meeting about chip problem.ask may how that would affect my employment status they said they would call me with a decision if I was aloud to return to work.mau informed my name was not on list.they bosch did not have any work on my line and the chip was the reason. I was working on chrysler line for us mail trucks.no chip no line work. They will call.

This Rosalind Barrett-Scott, I was there and I seen a lot of togetherness every one working together that's I feel good about that nothing to say negative I have even told another young men to come there .I had to leave early from being sick hopefully I can come back again, think you be happy work for this company.

During 2 days of orientation duties of job could have been shown on video.Also mention that you are expected to work more than one station at a time.And offer to pay for composites after 60 days of working .Thanks,Gary
