MAXLAW You do debit orders even when I cancelled, I cancelled the same day they called when I realised they made me approve to a debit order, no money was communicated, I cancelled
I canceled the debit order but it still withdrew, why? , I cancelled the service but it still withdrew it , I want the money bank, I cancelled it why did it take the money anyways, you don't mention money and tell us to approve things we don't know of. Tell me why they still withdrew from my account I didn't even use their services, so so unfair, I want my money back

I was contacted under what appeared to be false pretences, with consultants allegedly referencing external companies and matters that had nothing to do with the actual service they intended to sell. During the conversation, banking details were requested without a clear, transparent explanation of the service, costs, contractual obligations, or debit order mandate being created.

This raises serious concerns regarding deceptive marketing practices, lack of informed consent, and potential violations of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and POPIA.

This company is a scam, they lure desperate job seekers and tell them that they have 10 days to make 15 sales otherwise they will be terminated and you do not even receive compensation for the sales that you managed to close. If you don’t make 40 sales in a month you don’t get your basic salary. They lie and cheat their way through both their employees and clients and make them believe that they are assisting indebted individuals whereas they are not even getting help even though their accounts are being debited. They are always hiring people because they know many of them become aware of their malicious intentions. If you got an interview or job offer at this place ( Lynwood, Centurion or KwaZulu-Natal), RUN. It is not worth it and you will be an accomplice to their schemes when the law catches up to them .

Taken a debit order of R760 without my consent

Maxlaw they debt money from my account without my permission and I don't know them and I don't remember making an appointment with them

This company defrauded my trust selling me a loan of R600 a payday loan .So they we like interest and initiation fee is R140 i said fine as the total comes down to R740 so we agreed they done a debit order mandate and I accepted it thinking that my loan is approved he calls me back saying that he forgot to do the contract mandate I should quickly accept so that the money is being released long story short I get a email from clearscore telling me I'm under debt review at Maxlaw 💩😤scam company

Maxlaw are only available when they assist with the application process. Immediately after the debi check they are unavailable in all their contacts. 100% scammers

After having applied for a loan, I received a call from MaxLaw who said they would assist in getting my loan approved. When they asked for my banking details, I was told they would only debit my account once I had received the loan. There was no more communication after that and they debited me today. I now have no loan or money. I am devastated. I just can't believe how stupid I could have been. People prey on those who are desperate, and MaxLaw are a bunch of thieves. What I can't understand is why they are allowed to keep operating as a law firm, it is mind boggling, they should be the ones helping those who have been scammed, instead they're the biggest scammers of them all! It blows my mind.

I got a call from them Monday because i applied for a loan and the lady that called me didnt even leave a gap for me she kept on rushing me saying that ill get the loan approval once the call ends but i didnt receive any loan instead there is their debit order on my banking app

I tried calling from Monday, sent about 5 email there is no response

Which leaves me wondering if this company is just after its customers money only they really do not care about customers needs

For the fact that none of your numbers are going through means that you only after the money and not keeping your business clean

Protesting outside your building wouldn't be an issue maybe that will be the only way to be heard by yall

I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED BY MAX LAW STEALING 760 RAND OUT OF MY ACCOUNT CLAIMING THAT MY WIFE GAVE PERMISSION FOR THE DEBIT ORDER ALSO WE NEVER GOT ANY LOAN FROM YOU PEOPLE AND YOU STOLE MY MONEY.

Very poor. Gave them a try and poor service delivered. Deducting money and no funds received wrote an email and still. And it's a follow up case. They're scanners.

Maxlaw is a company that steals your money. They are fraudsters. They are not a law firm they are criminals. They took money from bank via a debit order with no debit order mandate, no authorized form or signature. My bank cannot trace the mandate but cannot reverse either. Looks like Maxlaw and Capitec are working together. Scam artists.. Stay away from them

They deducted money from my account. I did not authorize the payment to go off. You phone and email no response. R760 was deducted from my account without any authorization.
I want my money back immediately

Today they called me saying they are with bluecredit and they are calling to follow up on my loan application. They verified details and said I must accept Debi check for them to be able to do a credit check report, to which I agreed only to find out I have been tricked into approving to give them power of attorney on my behalf and they debited my account which can't be cancelled, I now have to send an e-mail to both them and my bank to cancel this nonsense. THEY ARE AN ENTIRE SCAM!

If there was a rating such as zero stars that is what this company was gonna get. I didn't complete my application for them to render a service to me but they deducted my money, now no one is helping me and no one is answering their calls. Worse part is they blocked "reversals" of debit orders via banks meaning you have to do it through them which is highly impossible since they are ghosts basically. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!

Ow you scammed me for the last time last month I'm glad I deactivated my capitec account. Ow the day the lord remembers you I so wish you go straight to hell for scamming people

Today they called me saying they are with bluecredit and they are calling to follow up on my loan application. They verified details and said I must accept Debi check so they will be able to collect R750 month end to repay the loan I agreed. Problem came when a second person called claiming to be from verification he then explained the money to be debited has nothing to do with a loan I'm paying them for helping fix my credit record. I immediately told him to erase my information from their system become I never requested assistance with fixing my credit record. He claimed to not be aware of the 1st consultant's actions. They are unethical taking advantage of consumers.i can't get through to their offices
