Order bangle online for wife but it was to big and chunky for her so talked with Mays about getting a partially refund and swap the bangle with a smaller one which also happened to be cheaper. They very graciously let me do this and sent the bangle back. 10/10 service and my wife loves the bangle. Great quality .
