Check your food at the Dublin Road Cavan branch. We ended up getting two burgers without any meet on our most recent visit. The burgers are allways cold it's been that way for the past 10 years. We contacted customer service and they seem to ignore the emails.

I really like macdonalds but the portlaoise branch is a joke. Wrong food constantly. And today was no different

I will never return to several branches As of this what I had seen this year and I dread to think what it's like at Grafton or O Connell bridge after hours, which would work like in Europe but not somewhere with broken policing like Ireland .. I had large built security man plant himself down at my table at a Limerick McDonald's without asking, seemingly because he wanted to watch sports on his phone. Table wasn't even wiped clean which they do in Mcds,burger king, even 5 guys..
There was also a beggar known to staff who was not stopped from rooting in oneof the bins which was harrowing. Middle of service !!?

Customer service treat you with total contempt no sense of it being a human.. Swords manor McDonald's has out of control staff and when they were still looking at certs a young woman addressed a group saying they had t leave, before finally flailing her arms in the air saying 'you wont make me sick!' But she had a mask on anyway. Dreadful impressions that you as the customer don't matter a damn, McDonald's and KFC and those see you as another fool is born in a minute.

Ordered from McDonalds through just eat, the order went to the wrong address,two roads away, in spite of my leaving a note as to the post code for the house next door, and my phone number. Then they offered me a refund of 50%!!
Rubbish customer service.

It's not a restaurant, it's a bad joke, it's a Cirque Medrano, it's a simulation.

Fool me once Shame on you Fool me twice shame on me. Donaghmede Mc Donald's have have fooled me twice. Went in this morning, customers 1 couple seated awaiting order 1 Lady standing awaiting order, my self my wife and daughter. about 6 couriers awaiting orders. Vehicles a couple but with constant horn blowing. Plenty of Staff. following 10 min long stand I ask female supervisor about order which is 2 coffees,2 ham an cheese flapies, 1 tea and 1 blueberry muffin.
She in her best (who are you to ask me a question look and attitude) tells me that they are processing it. When I point out that the majority of staff are doing nothing except chatting I am met with the same look and attitude and told that they are waiting for Waffles.

I step back fearing further confrontation. One staff member is packing for the couriers one filling and placing beverages and the wait continues with the sound of vehicle horn blowing in the back ground.

Seated couple are called to collect their order and soon after Standing Lady and so I wait and wait. lady from seated couple arrives at counter and explains that her order is incorrect and explains what she asked for. This correction is relayed from one staff member to another in a loud voice. The lady looks at me, I shrug the shoulders and she says " its simple but they just cant get it right. I reply " yes been there done that have the T shirt and they just cant put an order together either ".

And so I wait until finally I receive my order. I look at the now 2 supervisors and say, " look around there is no one here, years ago this place would have been full with customers but no no one comes because they receive the same disgraceful customer service I have just experienced. One day this place will close for lack of customers and you and the staff who loose your jobs will ask why". The female supervisor in a low insincere voice said "am sorry" The Male supervisor said when my back was to him " if your not happy then complain.

Cold Big Mac with a tiny bit of sauce.Mcdonalds Mullingar

Longford McDonald's, ordered big Mac meal take away with frappe, was left waiting for 25 mins, frappe fully melted by the time the meal came. Lots of other customers waiting way too long, driving away I saw the burger had no dressing whatsoever, just bread and the burger... Shocking bad 👎

STAY AWAY!!! O CONNELL STREET BRIDGE badly run down by the management in here never seen it as bad as it is going here since Im a child this compared to The Mary street one hey have no chance

Big mac was missing from my order and mcdonlds refused to deliver it,absolute joke of a company.

I don't normally have much to comment on mcdonalds but we stopped at the drive through on Naas Road, Michaela I think was the employee, absolutely brilliant service. So polite and very good at her job.. She definitely deserves a pat on the back or some recognition for her excellent customer service..

Stay away from McDonald's in City West if you're looking for fast food
25 minutes in the drive through and still haven't got to order so got out of the car and went into the restaurant and was just chaos

I only get McDonald's for my kids. My order is always small and they always forget something. Last time I got 2 happy meals, 2 hamburgers and a medium fries. Small simple order and they forgot the fries and dips. I mean every time they forget something. How hard is to remember 5 items and the screen tells you what the order is. My daughter has autism and loves McDonald's and I can't boycott the place. Now I will have to go in to the store rather than the drive through and check my simple order and make sure its correct because most of your staff are morons. Thanks for being useless .

Naas drive thru - ordered halloumi fries got chicken nuggets in a halloumi bag. Asked for a bunless big mac (which was cold) and specifically said I wanted a fork to I was told it comes with it - guess what - no fork! I also had to wait a long time which was fine because I understood I was asking for something different to the norm but it was not fair to the cars behind me- I should have been asked to wait in parking bay.
Two weeks ago in Newbridgr branch ordered 2 x halloumi fries and got one portion - v careless
I will know now to check order before I drive off from now on.

Mc Donalds at Kilmartins Athlone,has to be the worst drive thru service in the country. Order missing ordered food,no straws provided for drinks,no serviettes provided,staff clueless.
C'mon Mc Donalds,get your act together.
Won't be calling there again.

Good service, the new vegan meals are nice
but service is sometimes slow and drive through not systematised

I had went to McDonald’s to feed my starving family and bought 2 mc chicken meals, 2 happy meals and a cheese burger. I only received the 2 mc chicken meals and the cheese burger. So my 2 little girls were starving and had to go home and have a bowl of cereal instead. This was in the McDonald’s in Stillorgan Village. I usually don’t ever have a problem with McDonald’s so this really upset me.

Absolutely disgraceful service, got the wrong order for the 3rd time tonight from Mc Donald’s ashleaf centre. They never answer the phone!! Re funded from just eat once again complete joke!!!
