The staff are all helpful and all the ppe is really good

I recently had highlights and a cut and blow dry. I was impressed with both the colour and the technique of cutting the layers for extra volume. I would recommend the Orpington branch.

This was my first visit and I had not had a hair cut for six+ months due to lockdown. The stylist was very accommodating and kept making sure I was happy with how much she was cutting off. Many hairdressers have found my curly/frizzy hair difficult but it did not phase the stylist here at all. Very happy with the finished result.

This was my first visit to McQueen as the hairdresser I have been going to in Tunbridge Wells for years has not opened after the lockdown. I was looked after by Karen who was very helpful. My hair had grown out of shape during the last few months so we discussed how best to cut It and also cover the signs of grey which all worked out very well. Will definitely be returning to McQueen in the future.

My first visit to McQueen Hair & Beauty and I am very impressed. I had a consultation with Karen who gave expert advice on how to change my current style and highlights. I now have fantastic new style by Karen followed by highlights expertly done by Elise. The salon has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and I like the fact that other stylists also offer their advice.

Arrived at the Salon for a general cut & finish with a girl called Carla. I arrived at my appointment time which was 12.15. I was asked to wait while she finished another client. I ended waiting for 50mins!!!!! with a very feeble apology only after I explained I was in my lunch hour and I was working from home. I said I don't mind waiting 10-15 mins but not 50 mins. I was then offered a treatment which turned out to be a quick spray of some conditioning spray at the sink (I assumed this was a goodwill gesture) she then took ages and ages drying my hair trying to make it curly. The cut was terrible It looks no different to when I arrived there. I was then charged £56.00!! I questioned this and was told "Its for the conditioning treatment" AWFUL don't waste your time or money!!

This was my the second visit to McQueen in Orpington, my first was for a cut and blow dry and my second was for highlights and a blow dry with Lauren. On both occasions she put me at ease instantly. She was fantastic, very helpful and attentive, and she has excellent knowledge and advice.
Not to mention my highlights are beautiful, and a great cut! Thank you so much x
