I was tasked with purchasing a last minute present and was concerned about delivery times.
Emailed customer service (Mark) with my situation and concerns, very helpful and always replied promptly whilst I panicked about delivery times. The gift arrived in time and is just what we wanted.

Totally unhappy with the product which was not as ordered.
The ordering instructions are confusing as to what is FONT and what is UPPER or LOWER CASE.
It may have been helpful to have had a specific customer request box in the order form to ensure that customers wishes could be highlighted. This would enable Meadow to consider if it were possible before production.
I will never use or recommend.

The plates I've got are excellent so far I've ordered 6 plates I've received 4 of them so far and I'm delighted with the quality and speedy service

Although there was a small flaw in the resin at the bottom of the item I have kept it as the wording and finish are much better than I expected. Speedy delivery meant I was able to take it to the cemetery when I needed it - thank you.
