Grimey policy, very slow and not a good use of money for what theyre capable of. Youre better off calling your specific drug manufacturer then using med finder

I was desperate to find medication for my son and no pharmacy I reached out to had his pills in stock. It was essential that he did not miss a dosage and time was literally running out. I found Medfinder via a Google search and reached out to them for help. They were immediately on the case - assuring me they were already contacting pharmacies in order to locate the medication. The response time was beyond expectations and they kept me informed of their results. They were quickly able to locate the medication for me and they literally saved the day. I've engaged them to run this search for multiple months and each time they came through. I can't sing their praises enough - such a great service and excellent customer care.

Great customer service and everyone is always so incredibly helpful and kind. They really take the stress out of finding medication that is generally out of stock just about everywhere. I also appreciate that they don’t count my prepaid search until I have the medication in hand, especially when it takes more than one attempt.

Great service! Once I signed up I didn’t have to keep jumping from pharmacy to pharmacy with my doctor. Found the meds and the script was filled the next day, even when the pharmacy said it would be ready Friday it was ready as soon as I phoned it in on Tuesday.

This is a scam. I do not recommend at alI. It was a waste of time and money. They will not give you a full refund if they don't find your medication.

I was charged $120 to find a specific medication manufactured by a specific company due to allergies to specific fillers. They took several days and came back to me saying they found a local pharmacy. I called the pharmacy and they said they only had X manufactured generic, not the one I needed.

I called over 20 pharmacies trying to find my medication in stock and Medfinder found me one within 3 hours! They were super accommodating and helpful. Totally worth the cost.

I signed up for and paid for their service. Shorty thereafter I received a text they do not search for the class of rx medication I take. They did refund my money. I wasted half a day waiting for them to find the med for me, now I am back to doing it on my own. Why the website allowed me to enter my med in the first place is baffling. Be aware they do not search for all rx meds

My prescription has been very difficult to locate due to an ongoing supply chain issue. I had called dozens of pharmacies in my area with no success. In just two days after requesting a search through MedFinder, they had found a pharmacy that was in stock just a few miles away and texted me right away. I called my doctor and got them the info and am literally trying this review having just left that pharmacy with my meds in hand. This service was worth every penny and they were so kind. I’m totally blown away and with definitely be using them again if I need!

What an amazing business! I’ve been on ADHD meds for 3 decades and I never had an issue filling my script until a few years ago. After a month of not being able to fill it anywhere, my doctor changed the dosage and I’ve been able to fill it for the last 2 years without issue… until this week. After my pharmacy couldn’t fill it, I called a bunch of others without any luck. Thankfully, I found MedFinder. My prescription was found within a day, 5 miles from my house.

I definitely will let MedFinder handle it from the beginning next time!

I was not sure for the price… but then I was texted and gave me a first time promo … I’m glad I tried it because they were able to find my medication FAST! Also they call for you around to pharmacies and the pharmacy did in fact have my medication and filled it that day (my doc is quick to send prescriptions too).

Similar companies have you pick the pharmacies and you pay per call to the pharmacy. I’ve often had no luck because of it; this company took all the work out of it and came through.

They found my meds just a bit slower than I did and let me save the search for next time with no fee. I wouldn’t have been upset had I needed to pay again, but that sort of thing leaves an impression. Seems like they want to do right by their customers, so 5 stars from me.

So grateful this company exists. Their service and communication is wonderful. It is hard living with a spinal cord injury, and even harder when your medication becomes unavailable for months on end. This company takes away a good deal of the stress and has been a huge blessing.
