Bros Media Scam
Unfortunately, our experience with "Media Bros" was extremely disappointing.
They claimed to be creating video content and managing social media accounts; however, it became clear very quickly that content was not being created as promised. The work that was delivered was below average, with amateur-level editing, poor attention to detail, and no sense of professionalism or brand alignment.
Delivery times consistently exceeded every agreed deadline, despite repeated follow-ups. Communication progressively worsened and eventually failed altogether, making it impossible to resolve issues in a timely or professional manner.
Due to multiple undelivered videos, a refund was formally agreed upon. Despite this agreement, the refund was never honoured, and no payment was made. At that point, trust was completely broken.
This experience resulted in lost time, wasted resources, and unnecessary stress. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Bros Media to any business seeking reliable, professional content creation or social media services.
