Bought the latest version of their DAP s/ware some time ago, but have never received a registration code. The only way to contact them is via their contact form. I completed this, but in order to submit the form you have to answer a security question (to prove you are human!). Apparently "Green" is not the correct answer to what colour is grass, so I cannot progress further and now have totally useless software which I cannot use.

I have emailed the company several times as I cannot find the code for the program I bought from them. I still haven't had a reply and have contacted them about 4 times in the past couple of months. All I want is my code so that I can get the program working on my new laptop. They obviously don't care and just want you to buy the program again at a cost of around £80

I wish I could leave a zero star score. I bought an upgrade to Dynamic Auto Paint. They never sent access information. I sent 2 emails that went unanswered. So I went to PayPal and got a refund. Is this the new way of doing business?

I have written them 5 times about a software issue and have been ignored. They will not respond

Mediachance is a very good company, I have a purchased a number of their softwares. The interface is usually not great, but the programs work as advertised.

There is a one star review which says Mediachance is a Scam, but the software this person mentions, RealdrawPro is not a product made by Mediachance. I flagged this review but TRUSTPILOT never gave me a chance to explain why I thought this review was a mistake, all they offered were multiple choices, none of which enabled me to tell them what the issue was. TRUSTPILOT should allow a reviewer the chance to type some useful information.
There are so few honest, worthwhile companies that smearing one of them with a 1 star review is upsetting to me, that's why I wrote this review.

Correction - 1-16-2025
After a more thorough search of Medichance products, I did find RealDraw (not a Pro version), so I have to retract my earlier claim that there is no such product. Without the thorough search many of their products do not show up.

They had been in the business for 25 years or so, started with Multimedia Builder. Just like MMB all their software have a certain twist and are not copies of others. It's been a pleasure. The new ordering system works great.

Real draw Pro appears to be a total scam. Looking for a replacement to Microsoft PhotoDraw I came across RealDraw Pro. Paid on line £26.38 and immediately got a genuine looking Registration Key. But, no link to any program download or where I might find the program for RealDraw Pro. I emailed them and got no reply.
The fictious RealDraw Pro is part of MyCommerce which has more 1 star reports on TrustPilot than any I have ever seen. Certainly minimal 5 star reports.
