Awful services brought over a week ago nothing has came. I have an STD which can effect my fertility the longer I have it, the delivery has taken ages. I’ve paid for the product don’t quite understand why it hasn’t arrived

I found the initial process fine
I found the initial process fine. But the next day received a text message requesting more info. No way to contact in return. Used the contact form and have still heard nothing at all. Not very good customer service / website experience.
