Nearly a month & still not shipped

Received in full on 2 April.

Just waiting for the last item.

Nearly a month since I made my purchase. Ordered on 27th Feb & today is 24th March.
Emailed customer service twice as I can see the items are in stock on their website twice, but they claim to be waiting for the stocks still, currently their website shows 13 in stock.
Trying to give it benefit of doubt.
Will update review once I get my order.

Thank you for your patience, and I’m really sorry for the delay you’ve experienced with your order.
Unfortunately, when we came to dispatch your order, we were unable to physically locate the stock in our warehouse. While the system was showing the items as available and orderable online, we have since allocated that stock pending investigation into its whereabouts. This prevents any further orders being placed against it while we resolve the issue.
I completely appreciate how frustrating this must be, especially given the time that has passed and the mixed signals from the website.
To help make this right, I’ve upgraded your delivery to next day shipping as soon as the replacement stock arrives, which we are expecting within the next few days. I have also included a number of our new pens in your order as a gesture of goodwill.

Poor Service
Absolutely awful customer service experience. As a longstanding customer I was incredibly disappointed with the service received with my latest order. 1. The initial customer service rep replied to my email with a response meant for someone else so it gave me wrong information. 2. I had to call to clarify the situation and the customer services rep I spoke with was really unhelpful. I therefore had to ask for a supervisor to call me as one wasn’t available.3. The supervisor who called arranged for a delivery that required a signature when I had made it clear this wasn’t possible on my part. If she had given me the correct information about deliveries the matter would have been resolved. 4. I then had to contact “live chat” as customer services was of course closed by this point. It took ages to get a response.
Hard to know how so many things can go wrong on one order. Why not just answer a simple email correctly the first time? A lack of respect for long standing customers and their time.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your recent experience did not meet the standard you would expect from us as a longstanding customer.
On review, there were a number of issues on this order. An administrative error meant you were initially provided with incorrect dispatch information, which understandably caused confusion.
When arranging delivery, we upgraded the service to ensure the parcel reached you as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this particular service requires a signature, which we appreciate was not suitable for your circumstances. As soon as this was highlighted, we acted to resolve this by recalling the original parcel and sending a replacement using a tracked service that did not require a signature, which has now been successfully delivered.
We have also added a note to your account to ensure your preferred delivery method is used for future orders, and refunded your delivery charge.
We recognise this situation caused unnecessary inconvenience, and your feedback has been shared internally so we can improve our processes going forward.

Great experience.
I have been looking for a Stethoscope for my friend's daughter who is studying medicine and when I googled the website Medisave UK Ltd site appeared on the screen. Clicked on the sight& the exact product displayed the one which I was looking for. I shopped the Stethoscope along with the pod. On delivery date same products delivered to my house. I am very happy for two reasons

Well they shipped and I got the product. It took 2 days. I guess I didn't say too much about the product so here goes.
The product is / was a Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope. Specifically the Alabaster Satin model. I'm completely blown away by how much better this model is compared to the previous cardiology IV. That tubing makes all the difference. The extra flexibility means the external sounds are not transmitted through the tubing. You just hear more wanted sounds and less unwanted. It's also super comfortable to use. You don't feel like the eartips are pulling in sideways directions as you are trying to listen.
I'd advise anyone looking for a stethoscope to look at the new satin tubing if looking at a Littmann.
