They stole money from me plain and simple I paid $200 for their kid I did everything their instruction said I mailed it back and then I got an email from them saying that they're refused to process my kid because of a UPS shipping error and that they cannot refund my money and then ask them why are they keeping my money if they're not providing me any results and they said they don't give any refunds regardless of who's fault it is

Their online forms have glitches. So they end up not receiving the forms and then emailing you back and forth days on end telling you to refill them. I've done the form 5 times and there is no end in sight. It's a terrible system. It's been almost 2 weeks and no results as of yet. I'm still waiting and their online portal doesn't show anything. There is no phone for them and only get emails randomly. Bad communications.

Overall not great, my doctor mentioned them but I found the customer support really bad, for something as important as my sperm I expected better, I found another mail in company instead

My partner did a Fellow test and everything went really smoothly. We got the results we needed, and he didn't have to have an awkward experience in a clinic. The communication from Fellow was great, and results were easy to understand

My experience was consistently frustrating.... my kit was delayed, then there was an issue getting to the lab, then my kit was delayed again... I just asked for a full refund. I mean come on guys, I went with your competitor instead. I don't think Meet Fellow are bad people, and the product seems fine, but I think their service is bad.

I've used them three or four times. Two of the three times, I received the results in 2-3 business days. Once, it took 3-4 days. This time, it has already been over 7 business days and still no results and no response to tell me when I can expect results. Their standard claim is 1.5 business days turn time from the day they receive the order. I've emailed twice and they continue to dodge me, saying they will get back to me later. This is ridiculous.
