I found Melanie's program 3 years ago and it has transformed my life! The healings are easy and relaxing and you can do them at your own pace and it provides such emotional relief and powerful light and peace and insight. I'm so happy I found her blog, around eight years ago now, and while I have done plenty else towards healthy living and spiritual growth, QFH has done the heavy emotional lifting. My life has since opened up in ways that I wouldn't have dreamt about. Doing the healing has not always been easy. Far from it. But it can be done. This is how.

Right from the first blog I read after googling if it was possible to heal from narcissistic abuse I knew this was the healing I needed to pursue. That was in 2016 and I am nowhere near the person I used to be. Transformational growth using Quanta Freedom Healing saved my life and has been the only method of true inner healing I have found. Yes, I've tried other methods and none of them are as powerful.

Melanie Tonia Evans, all her courses and now her practitioners have been life changers for me. Shifts Happen has been so pivotal that I signed up the for the 2yrs on annual memberships to make sure I don't miss out and stay fully committed. It is not a magic one session fixes all. We have to go deep, show up consistently and do the work on ourselves. Mel has been a wonderful mentor and guide. And a true example of what it means to be our authentic selves.

Melanie has given me so much healing. I thought my life was over. My life and relationships felt like they fell away.

I found Melanie 7 years ago. She is such an inspiration. It is amazing to work with her. My growth and healing by working with her method has been phenomenal. I do get massive relief from emotional pain when I work with her method. I have experienced so much peace & clarity after applying her method. Over and over. I have worked through several of her programs. It does take personal responsibility to do the work of course, and that's what I like: her method goes really deep and addresses root causes. I love it. I discovered NARP several years ago. It has been a game changer! This work is amazing and deeply healing - if you do the work. I highly recommend. I also appreciate that the program is affordable for us regular folk so we can access it.

Energy healing is a well-used healing modality even in the "regular" field of psychology, namely EMDR.

Not to say that the methods that Melanie Tonia Evans uses look anything like EMDR, not at all, but I would not be so quick to disregard energy healing.

From my perspective, and I've had 8 years of professional help from licensed therapists, if you are looking for a self-help modality to support you in your healing journey, take a look at this work of Melanie Tonia Evans.

I purchased one of her programs approximately 5 years ago and STILL to this day use it and refer back to it if I need to. I actually bought all of her healing modalities, not just NARP.

The following is important to understand:

If you are suffering from PTSD and you are stuck in FREEZE and have trouble accessing your feelings/emotions, you will need to give yourself ample time to get used to feeling your emotions/feelings. This is a scary and difficult thing to do. This is what PTSD is, a protective mechanism. Fight, flight, or freeze ( new one added, fawn).

I see people in these reviews mentioning the 30 days money-back guarantee time window.

If this is the time you give yourself to heal then this is not for you.

For me personally, opening up to my feelings has been THE HARDEST part of my healing journey and I had professional help accessing my emotions.

Being able to feel was the hardest part, so if you are unable to do that, I understand that you don't undertand what this is all about and bash the program.

You either get it or you don't.

Your protective mechanism has been carefully constructed to protect you and it will take a lot of time, dedication, and building of trust that you are safe within yourself to be able to do this.

Therefore, giving yourself 30 days to stay within the refund period is simply not enough time to try this program, that is, if accessing your emotions is an issue for you.

Also, the program properly disclaimed that MTE is not a licensed doctor in no way.

I think it is a propper well constructed program and I certainly get a lot of benefit from using it and I hope many more that come after me will too.

I have to say, I am truly surprised by the negative reviews. Melanie is truly amazing and Quanta Freedom Healing saved my life. Her NARP programme helped me so much - she uses the Quanta Freedom Healing modality to help you heal from different aspects of narcissistic abuse - such as attachment to the abuser, self-blame , the anger, fear/panic as well as many other things. I really recommend it if you are struggling.

Melanie Tonia Evan’s is selling a fraudulent product and service. She is clearly a covert narcissist and has all the signs. She believes she is just as good at healing trauma as seasoned, elite and well trained professionals. She has no credentials, no college education and her claims are grandiose as if she is the one who knows and other credentialed and experienced therapists are not up to par, which is a joke. This is clearly a money making scheme to maximize her passive income. Any difference of opinion or honest critique is deleted from her forum. Also claims that a trauma can be isolated in the body by using Quantum Healing and lifted right out of the top of the head and then you have a direct line to God, and also talks about past lives a person lived - these are all major red flags. This is common behavior from a person with covert narcissism. BEWARE this is a SCAM.

I wouldn't even give it 1 star if I could. I remember registering for this in March 2018 at a time I was absolutely desperate for help and thought id be on the road to recovery when just suddenly for no reason my account was deleted and part payment refunded. NO EXPLANATION. NO IDEA WHY. NO COMMUNICATION AND NO WAY OF BEING ABLE TO ASK! This was a horrific time for me and NARP was my ONLY means of gaining some control in my life.
What kind of a 'healing' from narcissistic abuse person does this? And how can she possibly be called 'the world's authority healer from narcissistic abuse?'
Fortunately there's a Power Far Higher that saved me . Don't buy into the illusions of these 'healers' .

I took her program NARP in 2021 and it helped at time to a bit calm me as someone understood the issue but it didn’t help long term at all. The only thing what truly healed me and helped me to go out of this darkness was when Jesus saved me and started to deliver me from demonic evil spirits and healing my broken heart. I had to repent for using her program as on one live I saw her actually communicating with devil and when I questioned during chat she was a lot of times upset by questions and for a reason because only Jesus can truly heal you the rest is fake and lies. Just waste of time and money. I definitely do not recommend this program because it will bring you more trouble than help. Call on Jesus instead and He will help you. In Jesus name amen 🙏

I took her program as I was suicidal. This program literally saved my life. Not only am I 10 years out from her program but thriving beyond comprehension. Thank you for helping me through a very dark period of my life.

I got my introduction in the Narp forum deleted without notice or explanation, that is a dealbreaker for me. She promisses support when writing to her support email adress, I did not even get an answer. The foto above the Narp program and above the Narp forum as such way, that I would not trust her from that. She claims to be a healer, but never gave prove of that. If you want to use the program, then Narp silver is sufficient

I haven’t bought the NARP programme but from my experience Melanie’s brilliant therapy is in a league of its own. I’ve followed her on Facebook and YouTube and her blogs have helped me ENORMOUSLY. She’s absolutely bang on in my humble opinion regards going within. I cannot thank her enough and would recommended anyone suffering from narcassistic abuse or past trauma to REALLY listen to what’s being said in this simple but amazingly effective therapy. If one puts the work in, opens up and ‘gets it’ you won’t fail. Thank you Mel for all what you do for so many.

I started using NARP nearly 6 years ago. I don’t understand how her program works but know that it does work. It’s almost like I have amnesia after I shift because I often can’t even remember what the trauma was. I quit smoking after my 2nd healing unintentionally because my subconscious revealed to me the trauma that caused the addiction. Within 12 weeks of starting the program, I closed on my 1st home. I had no intention of buying a home and certainly never thought I had the resources to achieve it. It also stopped me from ruminating and 100% lifted me out of victimization. I have read all the negative reviews and what each one has in common is victimization and blame. It is true, in NARP, you do have to take responsibility for YOU so you can heal. The narcassist will never change and Melanie gives you the tools to clean yourself up. YOU have to do the work. My initial investment was $149USD 6 years ago and it was the best investment I have made in my life. I have never once felt forced to buy additional programs and have really appreciated Melanie’s generosity of upgrading existing programs with no additional charge. I recently purchased membership to the Shift’s Happen and Speedy Shifts program as I am no longer living in or attracting narcassitic abuse and am ready to make break throughs in other areas of my life. I reccomended this program to anyone who is ready to take responsibility for their own healing and is open to this kind of work.
