Memberspace user since 2021

I've been using Memberspace since 2021 and love it! It is very easy to set up and if I ever have problems, they are very quick to respond with help. I recommend them to everyone looking to start a membership program. I use the Circle integration and our members love it.

Memberspace has been one of the MOST important parts of growing my membership. Through Memberspace, I've supported over 2,000 members and made over 400K. Running my membership is now my full time job and I LOVE it! The team is always very helpful and prompt to support me too. So grateful.

Terrible

Terrible. They took a long time to answer my questions. They also misled me into thinking that I can get paid automatically by integrating their code into my website and linking it into a facebook group. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Very poor communication.

To address your feedback, you can absolutely share a payment link within a Facebook group, which will direct users back to your website to sign up and pay. We strive to make this process as seamless as possible through our documentation and support resources.

Regarding response times, after reviewing our records, we were unable to find a case of excessive wait times. We aim to respond to all inquiries within an hour during our office hours (Monday–Friday, 10am–6pm ET). If you reached out close to or outside of these hours, there may have been a delay, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

So far, so good!

Review for MemberSpace

I am a new customer, launching my first website that can make sales while I sleep. Memberspace is making me believe that the next steps I take with my digital product member site will become a reality very soon. Although I am using Squarespace 7.1 on a business/member plan, I feel that Memberspace will give me more control and better features than I can get with Squarespace (and a lower percentage to pay per sale). In effect, I will be bypassing Squarespace’s member features entirely. So far, I have received ample information from MemberSpace’s website, and they also have weekly virtual workshops that I have attended twice. As a newbie, it is refreshing to know there is no coding required, and their support team has been able to make the learning curve less intimidating. If something is confusing, don’t hesitate to explain your situation to them. They will get back to you and help you get through it.

Getting down to the practicalities of producing a website that makes sales takes some organization. With MemberSpace’s recommendation, I’m finding that I appreciate pen and paper a lot these days, because it is much easier to visualize the path that a prospective customer will experience when it is written on paper before trying to make it happen in cyberspace. Either way, I am sticking with MemberSpace for the first year and looking forward to the day everything goes LIVE! So far, so good!

Amazing Customer service and great response time

Chelsea helped me and answered all my questions throughout the entire process. Right from the first enquiry, Chelsea continues to answer emails quickly and clearly, helping with any of my confusion. To leave an honest review, some parts of the onboarding process through our Square Online page were a bit confusing, but Chelsea was always there to make my life so much easier.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Fast turnaround, super helpful and always polite. They also hold live online sessions to support with tricky questions which is a great support for anyone running a small and growing business.

Speedy Customer Service

I had a bit of confusion with my account setup (completely my fault!), but the MemberSpace team was incredibly helpful and quick to resolve everything. Chelsea handled it brilliantly, issuing a refund promptly and ensuring everything worked smoothly with my new account. Fantastic support and an excellent platform for managing memberships. Highly recommend!

memberspace refuses to answer requests in a relatively short period of time

It took them hours every time I asked for help during their allotted time period. most times I had to wait until the next day to get a very vague answer that wasn't helpful at all. I thought Adobe.com and site123.com had the worst service of any online support team, but Adobe shines next to these guys, but site123.com has similar wait times. It's been 2 days, and I am still waiting for an answer! Site123.com has similar wait times!
