Syracuse Men’s Wearhouse was amazing…

Syracuse Men’s Wearhouse was amazing today as I shopped for a suit for my daughter’s wedding. Tyler provided excellent customer service helping me with proper measurements, style and accessories. In another lifetime, I sold suits and service is important to me. Tyler was great. He answered questions, gave feedback and helped me feel good about my purchases. Additionally, the prices were reasonable for the quality that I received. Well done, Syracuse Men’s Wearhouse!

Amazing Customer service

My name is Zomar, I was looking for a shirt to go with a suit I wanted to wear to a wedding. I went to Men's Wearhouse in Brentwood and had the pleasure of meeting a rep named Charone. This young lady was so helpful and pleasant. Her customer service is unmatched. Let's just say, I walked out with an entirely different suit to wear. This is definitely by far one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had shopping. Great job young lady, you deserve a bonus and a raise.

Very Disappointed, Never Ever will return

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Men’s Wearhouse yesterday. I walked in and spent time browsing, but was completely ignored by the staff—no greeting, no offer to help, nothing.

What made the situation worse was that shortly after, an older Caucasian gentleman walked in and was immediately approached and assisted by the associates. The difference in treatment was noticeable and unacceptable.

As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and equal service, regardless of who I am. Because of this experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere. I went to Nick’s Menswear, where I was promptly greeted and offered assistance right away—exactly how customers should be treated.

I will not be returning to Men’s Wearhouse at Arrowhead 77th and Bell Rd.

I am writing to convey my profound disappointment and dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment on April 2nd 2026, particularly in relation to an employee named Christian. I have long held Men’s Wearhouse in high regard for its reputation for professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer care, which is precisely why I chose to shop with you. Regrettably, my recent experience fell far short of the standard I have come to expect. Additionally, when I subsequently went to retrieve my suit, I discovered that it had been tailored incorrectly. Christian informed me that my pants would be placed in the appropriate pile for hemming and instructed me to return within thirty minutes to one hour. One hour later, when I returned as advised, he acknowledged and admitted that he had placed my garment in the wrong pile—a mistake that caused significant delay and inconvenience. I was scheduled to leave town over an hour prior to this encounter, and the error effectively disrupted my plans and timetable. This further compounded my frustration, as I had specifically relied on Men’s Wearhouse to provide precise and professional alterations. The combination of the miscommunication regarding the pants and the improper tailoring of my suit has left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the consistency of your service.
I chose Men’s Wearhouse precisely because of its widely respected reputation for quality and attention to detail. I trust that management will view this matter seriously and take appropriate steps to ensure that such errors and miscommunications are not repeated with other customers. I would appreciate being informed of how you intend to address and rectify this situation and, if possible, of any corrective measures you may offer.

OK In a Pinch

I ordered a pair of dress pants on-line. Pants were mostly synthetic (artificial) material and look ok if you just need to be dressed casually. Price was reasonable, and shipping only took a week longer than should be. The color, charcoal gray, was basically charcoal, and looked the same as black. The only gray was some of the inside lining.

Anne gave excellent customer service. She did outstanding job fitting my husband with a sport jacket, shirt & slacks. Our Granddaughter will be so proud of her Grandpa at her wedding rehearsal dinner. Thank you.

I left a review stating facts about men's wear house, pointing out that they support, gays, lesbians, and trans, I don't agree with that at all and find it disgusting that they do. I have freedom of speech and yet, the location in greenwood band me from there store, they are a woke company, and are bigots.

I was long over due for a new suit

I was long over due for a new suit. I had a wedding to go to in 1 week and i was out of town seeing my brother and would not have time to buy after i return home. We went to MW on rancho vista blvd in Palmdale Ca. A young man, Daniel Aruceli and his supervisor grabbed me up and completely decked me out head to toe in 30 min. All we had to wait for was the hemming of th pants.
The wedding came off perfect, being 78 and getting a suit i feel comfotable in is hard, they were great.

Thank you Men's Wearhouse, Wolf Road, Albany NY!!

A few days ago, I stopped by with my son to rent a suit and purchase separate slacks/shirt/shoes for him. This is the third time we encountered Mr. Monir Mukhtar, the Store Manager at the Men's Wearhouse on Wolf Road in Albany NY. Each time the measurements he took were spot on for my son (and my son is constantly growing!!). He was so very professional and made us feel extremely comfortable. My son LOVED the items!! I asked a sales associate for Mr. Mukhtar's name and he provided me with his business card. We will be back for every occasion!!

I want to share a really positive about Alejandro at Norterra

I want to share a really positive experience I had with Alejandro at the Norterra Men’s Wearhouse.

I recently needed a dress shirt for a close friend’s father’s memorial in the Bay Area. I haven’t worn a dress shirt in probably 10 to 15 years most of my work has been remote so this was new territory for me. I’m beefy but fit, and I needed an 18 34/35 that was fitted but not skin-tight.

At the 77th & Bell Road location, a nice young woman quickly found me a white Modern Fit Oxford in my size, and it fit perfectly. I purchased it, but once I left, I felt immediate guilt. The total was about $70 with tax, and I’ve been out of work for over two years, I’m
struggling and travel was not in my plans at all. My mom had given me her card to buy it, and even though she liked the shirt, we both agreed I should try to find a better price.

When I returned to that store, I was told the only other option was a slim fit that would be much tighter. No alternatives were offered, and I left feeling pretty conflicted.

When I got home, I did some research and saw the exact same shirt online for $45. I called the Norterra location and spoke with Alejandro. I explained the situation, and without hesitation he said, Come in we’ll match the online price.

I drove about 30 minutes to meet him, and I’m so glad I did. Alejandro handled the refund smoothly, matched the price, and even pressed my shirt for me. He also let me know I could have it pressed again at any Men’s Wearhouse when I arrive in California.

He was professional, kind, and solution-oriented exactly what customer service should be. Alejandro went above and beyond, and I recommend him 100%.

I’ll definitely be returning to the Norterra for future needs without question.

Pleasant experience

I needed a suit, so I decided to visit the Southpark location in Charlotte. There were several other customers there, and only 3 employees working at the time. I debated leaving and coming back when it was less busy, but one of the employee's greeted me and said that it wouldn't take long. He was helping 4-5 customers all at the same time, but was managing expectations well. Overall it was a good experience, he was helpful and got me fitted and on my way. There was also a women named Jenn that was very helpful, and seemed like she may have been the store manager, not sure, but she was very pleasant and was multi-tasking like a champ. Being a business owner myself, I am always critiquing other businesses as well as my own, I still strive to make customers happy and value their business. So I would shop here again, and recommend them to others.

Professional service and advice

Fairview Heights, IL Location
I booked an appointment to get measured to adjust some suit jackets by having the sleeves shortened if possible. Turns out that I just missed the tailor by a matter of minutes. E.J. Collier asked what I need help with and took me back to get measurements on the jackets.
E.J. was exceptional, I appreciate his knowledge and advice more than I can express. Very professional and provided a lot of valuable information to me about what was possible, the materials, and how the process/timeframe worked. A couple of the suits are much nicer & quite an upgrade for me so being able to get them customized in such a bonus.
It was great, E.J. really made the difference in the customer experience. I trust his advice and there is nowhere else I will go for my future dress clothes needs. The service is top-notch. I highly recommend E.J. and this MW location for anyone looking for professional service & advice

I have visited the Men’s Wearhouse…

I have visited the Men’s Wearhouse location at 4756 Pecanland Mall Drive in Monroe, LA on three separate occasions, and unfortunately each experience has been disappointing.
During my first visit, staff members were openly discussing internal issues about clocking out and stated their computers were down, without offering a proper greeting or assistance. While technical problems happen, professionalism and customer acknowledgment should still be a priority.
My second visit reflected similar concerns. The staff appeared more focused on internal conversations than assisting customers. Overall, the customer service felt inattentive and unpolished.
My third visit was the most concerning. I came in for a simple paid alteration after noticing signage that a tailor was available. I was initially told to return later when the tailor arrived. When I returned, the Assistant Manager stated the tailor likely would not be coming in. However, I personally observed the tailor arrive shortly afterward and confirmed directly with her that she could assist me.
After being measured, I was informed that in order to proceed with a $20 alteration, I was required to provide my full name, phone number, email address, and physical address. When I expressed discomfort providing extensive personal information for a basic paid service, I was told that without it, they would refuse to conduct business with me.
I have shopped at multiple Men’s Wearhouse locations across the United States and have not encountered this requirement or level of customer service elsewhere. I hope corporate leadership reviews the policies and customer service standards at this location, as the experience does not reflect the brand’s reputation.

Great Experience

I prepared my measurements and ordered everything I needed, but unfortunately, the jacket didn’t arrive on time. Jackson Whitaker, my incredible savior, reassured me and quickly set up a plan “B” with a jacket available in-store that just needed minor adjustments. When Jackson brought it out with a smile, I hesitated but received a thumbs-up from Maria Ivan, who assured me it would look great. After alterations, they told me there would be no charge for the jacket due to the inconvenience. I'm grateful for their help in turning a stressful situation into a joyful experience, and I look forward to returning to Men’s Wearhouse in the future!
