Reposted this review as got removed for speaking the truth. What is the point in having trust pilot. Review a company. Gets removed for speaking the truth. I won't be bullied by a billion pound company. I can't believe this fraud computer company is still trading. Yes Mesh computers. I am leaving a review from a computer i bought from this dodgy cowboy company. I spent £1200 on a computer for it to keep crashing. They kept on sending their engineers out to resolve issue and they were clueless on how to repair it as did not know what the problem was. Kept on replacing components thinking it was that. In the end got sent back to the company mesh computers. For them to send it back saying problem was resolved. Believe it or not same issues. So in the end they replaced it. After a month the replacement had faults with it. In the end i sent back for a refund as 6 months of this nonsense was enough. I sent back for them to refuse refund. So i was not happy. So i refused to keep taking re-delivery of this computer i sent back for a refund. Then i got a threatening letter from them sent recorded delivery. If i refuse re-delivery again of this computer i would be charged daily storage costs fees and threatened with court action. So i was stuck with this computer that was not fit for pupose. I still have the computer here in a box sonewhere. All here if they want to give me my money back.

Excellent service from first contact to the delivery of my new Desktop PC
Plenty of advice when finalising the specification, particularly when being told that piece of kit I wanted to add to the machine, would be of no benefit and not to waste my money. I felt a genuine desire for Mesh to help me all the way along from specification to delivery which was exactly on the date I requested. This is my second Mesh desktop and the last one was still going strong after 8 years. Only the switch from Windows 10 to 11 persuaded me to replace my old machine and I have certainly been impressed with the performance of the new machine. If this new one lasts 8 years I will be more than satisfied. Thank you Mesh for your excellent service from all departments

Dented case
Mesh built me a PC with a case badly dented in two places. It was not damaged in transit, because the packaging was in perfect condition.
I sent it back. The returns process was easy, and I'm happy with the replacement. But they should never have used that case in the first place.

Wide choice, great customer service, prompt delivery
With the fan on my 7.5 year old laptop failing and unlikely to be economic to have repaired, I needed a new laptop fast. I emailed Mesh with several queries regarding specifications for their Lenovo ThinkPad T14 and E14 models. My questions were responded to promptly and courteously by Matt, Mesh sales department and I was able to make a decision in time for next day delivery. I ordered a ThinkPad E14 Gen 5 Intel i5-1335U (13th Gen) 256 GB SSD 14" with Windows Pro, with an upgrade to 16 GB RAM. It arrived well packaged and less than 24hrs after placing my order. I'm very pleased with the purchase. The E14 keyboard is the nicest I've used of the five laptops I've bought over the years and a 14" is light to carry around but feels substantial (the lid is black aluminium). I would recommend Mesh for their wide range of laptops, great customer service, competitive pricing and free next day delivery.

That's another fine Mesh...
The bespoke PC arrived exactly when expected and is performing every bit as well as I hoped. The only problem was they forgot to install the DVD/CD writer, so had to send that separately, arriving within 3 days, and we installed it ourselves. The prices are extremely competitive, and the staff were all very helpful dealing with the initial quotes and the deliveries. I would definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

Great Laptop, great service
Great choice of items, easy to order and good communication. Laptop was competitively priced, delivered quickly and was well packaged. Its been in use for a couple of months and all seems well.

New Desktop
This purchase was to replace my ageing Mesh desktop whose motherboard had finally died after long service. Repair was not practical given the demise of Win 10. The new machine and its delivery etc were all as I expected from Mesh - need I say more. Great
