Terrible returns policy.
Online shopping experience great. Delivery great. Don't like item - you are stuck with it. I bought an expensive duvet cover which arrived in a fabric bag that matched the fabric of the duvet cover. Opened it and saw it at full size, didn't like it. Folded it and put it back in the bag the way it was received. Struggled to find anywhere on the website that mentions returns apart from an email address which returned email. Eventually managed to get hold of someone in store on a Sunday, who ttold me to courier item back to the store, which I duly did but was concerned about it reaching the right person. Roll on a couple of weeks and I managed to find time to follow up. I then received an email say that they could not accept the item as it had been opened and was not returned in the origingal packaging (so take photos if you decide to buy from them). This was early Feb. Mid Feb I managed to get hold of the right person who sent me an email to confirm our conversation where he said they could not refund me as they couldn't sell item to someone else, and that as there was nothing wrong with item, other than that I didn't like it, this iis how it will be. TO date, they still have the item. They sent me a mail regretting the situation and asking me to remove my negative google review. But still no mention of having shipped said duvet cover back to me. My review was: MAKE SURE YOU ARE 100% HAPPY WITH YOUR CHOICE, CAUSE IF YOU OPEN IT AND ARE NOT OR DON"T LIKE IT AND ITS NOT DAMAGED, YOU HAVE TO KEEP IT.
