I ordered on April 9th for my honeymoon…

I ordered on April 9th for my honeymoon on April 27th and guess what it's April 24th and still has not shipped. The order was for approximately $135 dollars. So when I reached out to customer service twice April 17th and then again on April 20th when I finally got a response and said just refund the order they replied we cannot due to it being in processing. They stated they process and then ship 1-10 business days once order is placed. Now I placed this order before noon on the 9th or April. So it's now taken 12 days and still no shipping just a label created. I will never give them my business due to poor customer service and slow processing. The order should have been canceled at that point and now a days with over night shipping and the Amazon's and the Walmarts and these other companies being able to provide this why can't Mi and My figure it out. And even with express shipping their policy is still they have 1-10 days to package the product. It's ridiculous this business runs this way. And never will they get my business again. And I have contacted my credit card company to cancel the order due to never receiving.

My order was delivered to the wrong…

My order was delivered to the wrong address, carrier provided proof of delivery photos that proved it wasn't delivered to my address and acknowledged the error. I sent the information to MI & MY support as directed and reported the issue several times but they refuse to either refund my money or resend the order. I also purchased shipping protection when I placed the order however they have stopped responding and I still do not have my order.

Scam

No delivery. No cancellations. No refund. No reply from customer sevice after 4 emails about the order. Phone number listed on the company site is not in service. A complete scam. Do not purchase from this company.

⭐ 1 Star — Mi&My has completely lost my trust.


I used to be a loyal customer — a monthly subscriber and repeat buyer for over a year and a half. But after my recent experience, I’ll never shop with Mi&My again.

My most recent order was never delivered, and when I reached out for help, their customer service was completely nonexistent. No empathy, no urgency, and absolutely no accountability. It’s shocking how little they seem to care about their returning customers. Instead of helping resolve the issue or making things right, they brushed it off as if it wasn’t their problem.

After the amount of money and loyalty I’ve shown this brand, their lack of concern and professionalism is unacceptable. Not being able to receive or enjoy the product I paid for is disappointing — but the way they handled it is what truly sealed the deal for me.

I will never patronize Mi&My again, and I fully intend to dispute the charges with my bank. A company that treats its customers this poorly doesn’t deserve their business.

No concern for their customers

Upon receiving my order the oil had nearly completely leaked out. Mind you there was NO damage to the package other than the oil had saturated the inside and outside of the package. The seal on the bottle was still on but for whatever reason leaked out. I did message the company to request a refund or at least a replacement to which they refused to do so because I didn’t pay for the product insurance. Not to mention the scent does not particularly smell very good or near as great as they advertise.

Buyer beware, this company is heartless!

This company could care less about retaining their monthly subscribers! I never received my order, as my Post Man delivered an empty package. He said nothing was in it, but he delivered anyway not knowing the intended contents. I contacted MM and I was told that’s my own problem and take it up with the PO. I said well, I have reported it, but there is no guarantee I’ll get my product by doing that. I may not even get my money back, which I didn’t expect. I only wanted a simple replacement bottle of 1 yoni wash, which again…. I WAS A MONTHLY SUBSCRIBER!

Again was told repeatedly, not their problem.

Unbelievable. Poor service. No resolve and no care that I am no longer a customer. $27 for a subscription of 1 tiny bottle is already a lot, and that’s how you treat me, this ONE time!

I will never patronize this company, because my money is green everywhere and I’ll go where it’s appreciated.

Scam site

Scam site. I placed an order from this site on May 14th. Today is June 18th, and I have not heard from anyone from this company about my order, even after reaching out more than 4 times.
