Bought tv bed off this company

Bought tv bed off this company, they gave us tv as they were closing down when they delivered we discovered the tv was about 10-15 years old and didn't work. We contacted store but our salesman wasn't in that day they would get him to ring us - 3 days later no call. We shall not be buying from them again

Aweful experience avoid

Aweful experience with this online furnture store purchase
They do not acknowledge your order and give no update on a delivey date
when I queried the delivery date I was told 4 to 8 weeks
I cancelled the order and recieved the same item within 2 weeks elsewhere
Had to contact paypal for the refund to be actioned their corrospondance was also ignored for 2 weeks like mine

Appalling Customer Service at Stockton Store

I went into the Stockton Store to order 2 Kingsize Beds and Headboards. I was the only customer in the store and there was only one salesperson on the shop floor who was on the telephone (possibly named Jill) I looked at the beds and was waiting for her to come over as she knew I was there. After waiting around 5 minutes I realisised her conversation was more a priority talking to either a friend or family member as it wasnt shop related and decided to wait no longer and leave the store.
As I made my way to the door she shouted and asked if I was ok and did I find what I was looking for to which I replied its okay you continue with your conversation as its obviously more important. If she had made the effort to end the phonecall and get up from behind the desk and come and ask then she would have had an expensive order to deal with. However after the appalling customer service I will give my cash to another retailer who actually cares about customers and I wont be setting foot in this store ever again.
Terrible customer service!!

Worst experience

If I had no star, I would rate 0. I ordered a cabinet in November. After 4/5 weeks in, no update, no contact, no response to my emails. When I called, I was talked over by an extremely rude and aggressive man which hung up on me without replying to a simple question: when will my cabinet arrive. Today, after all of this and insisting to report them, I finally got emails and calls..just to say that my cabinet is not even en route and they will refund me...let's see how long this will take. Please do yourself a favour and don't buy anything here.

Poor customer service

Bought an expensive (to me) lamp table online. Price was £50 cheaper than my local store where the service is always very good.
The £50 saved was definitely not worth it compared to the non-existent customer service experienced after placing my order. Voice mails not returned, delivery date not confirmed. Never again!

Let themselves down

I bought a bed from MO and couldn’t have been more happy with the service and product. So when I was looking for a kitchen table I went to MO. The sales guy was great and we settled on a table with an 8 week delivery. Week 10 no table and no communication. I rang the store and was told “give it another week”. Another week passed and still no table or communication. I called again and they said they’d get back to me which they did. Production issues meant it would be another 4 weeks. I didn’t want to wait so cancelled my order. They rang back and said 2 weeks. I’d lost faith by then so cancelled my order. That was 10th September. Despite numerous calls and emails still no refund of my £350 deposit so I’ve had to raise a chargeback through my bank. This is so sad because the products and the staff are great but any aftercare is so poor and this would stop me ever using MO again.

Rude staff and as soon I wasn't spending money with them I was totally blanked supposedly a family run company but there not interested in there customers no care or consideration and only after my bad experience did I read the reviews half of them are staff that I spoke to prices are massively inflated to.other places and quality not anything special I went to lonthorpe beds and had a much better experience

Poor customer service and late delivery

Was told 4-6 weeks delivery for my new sofa, which I ordered 9th March. Now being told it's 3 months. They have replied to only one email when I've now sent 4 chasing delivery ETA. Horrendous customer service and misleading claims re: delivery times.

excellent customer service

I telephoned the shop and spoke to Jill who was extremely helpful. We were interested in buying some bar stools and wanted additional dimensions before we could make a decision. Jill measured and phoned me back very quickly with the sizes and placed the order for me and told me delivery would be in approx 6 weeks. I received a phone call to say the stools were in store and would be delivered the following week if that was convenient. The stools arrived on the specified day by their own vehicle and carefully put in the kitchen. The delivery man opened the box and told us how the stools should be put together. From start to finish excellent service and would recommend this company.

Loving our new sofas

Ordered our new sofas through their website with no problems, best price I could find online.

Ordering process was easy, had a follow up phone call to let me know of a rough delivery date.

Delivery date confirmed by other phone call roughly a week before and delivery couldn't have gone smoother.

Great price , great service.

Ordered 6 dining room chairs with a delivery time of about 10/12 weeks , chairs arrived and delivered within 7weeks. The whole ordering and delivery process was both friendly and easy. Very happy with the price we payed when compared to other companies selling the same product , overall an excellent shopping experience. Well done and thank you, will be using you again.
