My order was delivered quickly and in good condition- My go-to company for all that is magical. Always a huge range of beautiful and quirky things at great prices and really excellent customer service.

Ordered twice but I see more in the future! Both orders arrived swiftly, even the one that was placed before Christmas in a very busy period. All the products I ordered were top notch and are awesome, and the loved ones I gifted them to were so happy and liked them so so much! Can't wait to get some new stuff next time, it's 100% worth it!

Yesterday I received a notification from royal Mail that my delivery had arrived. It had not and there was an image of an unfamiliar building hallway attached.

4 hours later I managed to catch the mail man in the street and he kindly drove his van to this previous address to retrieve my items.

At this point I had knocked on and rang every door bell within a 5 house radius and nobody had my package.

When I did receive the package I could see my surname! was missing, my name was spelled wrong!, my title was wrong!, my address was wrong!, and if I hadn't managed to track the mail man down on the street I'd have never managed to receive these gifts in time for my nieces lunch before Christmas.

This caused significant distress, and the amount of negligence shown with how my address and name was wrong, AND even missing, I am afraid I will no longer shop at Midnight Rose Emporium. This was an absolute mess. I've shopped here and planned to shop again but I will in the future order from another shop as I don't believe I may genuinely receive my order in the future.

Please for the love of God talk to your staff, this is unacceptable

Very cool products, but watch out if you buy p.e. from germany:

I paid a huuuge shipping fea and additional a customs fea I never knew anything about it.

Sharing the customs fea - was not an option for the shop owner.

The product is exactly as described, it is a beautiful edition to my room.

Bought the wind chimes for my wife. She absolutely loves them. 5 stars to midnight rose emporium !
