I’m still in awe over my Daughters Dressed. I messaged panicking in case this wasn’t an actual website and they responded extremely quick. I purchased it for a First Holy Communion and I’m receiving so many messages from so many who cannot believe how beautiful she turned out. So many spend so much and for the value and quality of this dress I was so surprised. Thank Yous very much.

I placed an order for a dress on March 13th and I still have not received it despite several follow-up emails.

I also tried contacting you through all your platforms, but I only received one reply by email, where you tried to reassure me and told me that my dress would be shipped on May 4th.

As of today, May 14th, I still have no news. I have sent you 4 more emails asking whether the dress has been shipped and requesting a tracking number, but I have received no response at all.

Please get back to me as soon as possible, otherwise further action will be taken very quickly.

I had my eye on Mik & Me Bella dress for my daughter since she was born and got it for her Fairy first birthday. The quality of material to execution was 10/10. It was so easy on her delicate skin and fitted beautifully. The color match was perfect and she looked like an absolute doll in it. I would totally recommend Mik & Me for beautifully made children’s dresses.

1 Star: Missing item and zero resolution – extremely disappointed
I am writing this review to warn others and hopefully get a response from Mik & Me management, as my private emails regarding Order #14911 have not resulted in a solution.

I ordered the Rosabelle Gown Cream (Size 12) back on February 26th for my granddaughter’s Holy Communion. While the rest of the order arrived on April 19th, this specific gown was missing. Despite lodging a formal complaint on April 25th, the item is still nowhere to be found.

The timeline of their "assistance" so far:

April 25: Complaint lodged. I confirmed the package only contained one of the two dresses ordered.

May 1: Provided with a new tracking number (JJD0002210782659990), which has remained on "Pending" for days.

May 3: Still no dress, no update, and no urgency from the team.

This dress is for a major milestone event, and the lack of communication and resolution is causing significant distress. I have requested that this be escalated to a manager, but I am still waiting for a professional response.

To Mik & Me: If this dress is not delivered via premium shipping by the end of the day on Monday, May 4th, I will be forced to cancel the entire order and pursue a full refund.

I expected much better service for such a special purchase.

I bought this beautiful dress from Mik & Me for my daughter’s birthday, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The design is absolutely stunning — a soft blush pink with delicate floral appliqué and subtle sparkle throughout, giving it a truly princess-like feel. The attention to detail is incredible, from the layered tulle to the elegant off-shoulder style.

What impressed me most was the quality. The fabric felt soft and well-made, not scratchy or stiff like many heavily embellished dresses can be. My daughter, Elyza, has eczema, so we’re usually very careful with clothing, especially anything with embroidery or embellishments. However, she wore this dress comfortably all day without any irritation, which is rare for us.

It fit beautifully, photographed like a dream, and made her birthday extra special. I would highly recommend this dress to anyone looking for something both high-quality and gentle on sensitive skin.

I ordered a dress February 10th, i needed the dress for first communion on April 11th. The dress arrived on April 28th. I email the company to check on the status of dress and no reply. Now it only gives me the option to return for store credit which I will not need.

I cannot say enough about how amazing the customer service and the product was. The compliments my daughter received on her dress was endless. Everything from the packaging to the quality of the dress was next level incredible. I gave out the Mik and Me IG account to at least 20 different people who asked me where I got the dress from. I would order from here again and again.

Absolutely incredible! I ordered a dress not reading the description of the “made to order” dress and was in a time crunch. The customer service was amazing and was completely understanding and worked with me to get it to me as soon as possible. The team is so kind and I cannot express how grateful I am for them! Receiving my daughter’s dress left me in awe! The material is amazing and it is perfect! I will be ordering from them for every occasion.
