Warning, please DO NOT, DO NOT order from this company. This company is a SCAM. It's a company in China. I ordered two pants sets on 8/2/20 and as of this date 9/29/20, I haven't received my order. I've emailed Milanchoice about my order, three times and haven't received a response regarding it. I haven't been refunded my money from Milanchoice. Don't spend your money with this business. You will be greatly disappointed. 👎👎👎👎👎

I place and order and request a return label I went on line and filled out the information they needed to start the process but they never got back with me on the return lable now my issue and concern is that your policy say that you have to return the items back to your Company by 30 days if your company does not respond with the 30 day mark because I'm still waiting how can I return the items with no return lable now I'm stuck with merchandise that I'm do not want and and not satisfied with how do you expect for your items to be returned within the timely matter of the 30 days if you're not responding or answering the emails to get a return label so you can exchange it which I'm talkin about myself and other customers. Thank u Candice Parker can I please get a return lable for my items I been waiting on the label patiently

I would rate this company with no stars. Photos don’t match the items they won’t refund you. They lie and steal from their customers. Worst company ever beware

This company has been stealing Curvaceous Boutique images and videos advertising our merchandise without our permission. We have contacted Facebook numerous of times to address the fraud with no assistance.

*****Do not order***** I ordered a jumpsuit and receive it and looks nothing like the picture. On top of that it didn’t fit. Requested refund and still no reply.

I purchased waist control shape based on their size chart. Item is too big i asked for return address for an exchange. Their site says they are bummed if we are not happy and will exchange. I got few emails claiming shipping cost is now expensive and it'll cost me 28.99 to exchange. I'm disputing with my bank for full refund. As this company is not honoring their own return policy.
My item has a California return address and name of a person. Not the company name at all. This is not a legitimate company.
This someone passing off items they got and didn't want and clearly could not return either.

Scam, scam, scam! I will never utilize this company again! PRODUCT isn't what you order, a complete knock off. Cheaply made and cheap fabric!

It took over a month to receive and when I received it, I immediately realized that it was a knockoff China based outfit. The picture used on the website is stolen pics from Instagram. What I received was cheap, shiny and did not even include a tag. The website states that you can get a refund so I reached out to customer service and was told that I needed to return the outfit to China which is crazy because the return address on my package says Lakeland, Florida to a person named A Dotson. Returning to China would cost more than the outfit. This outfit came directly from AliExpress.. It's a full scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

This company is a scam. I ordered from them in Mid June it is now August and I have yet to receive my package. I requested a refund and they refuse to issue it. This is a scam!!!!! BEWARE!!!!

Customer service is quick to respond, but their not helpful at all. On their site they will inform you that if your not happy with your purchase you can get a full refund. As of yesterday, I was told to ship my cheap quality clothes to China instead of the vendor who is here in Florida. Once the vendor informs them they will refund, bs. Not to mention they "Milanchoice said it's very expensive to send back to China so I should basically just keep the clothes etc... I wish I could find away to include a screen shot of the conversation. Do not order from this company as the clothes are cheap, doesn't even come with a tag that tells you the size or how to wash. I will be making a complaint to BBB today to try to get my money back. F.y.i use PayPal which I didn't do supposed to a debit or credit card.

Item ordered in May and it’s August and I’ve never received it despite them saying they were sending it multiple times. Do NOT order from them.

Luckily, I did not order, I simply posted on Facebook that the reviews are horrible and that people should read them before ordering and Milan Boutique blocked me so I can say anything on their post.

This company is a scam in my book their clothing is of terrible quality. I recently ordered a couple of items. They were to small I spent over $60 for all three items. I sent them back which I spent $27 for shipping. I received a call from UPS they wrote return to sender. They offered me $15 dollars for a refund and advised me to give the clothing to a friend.

They keep telling me the item shipped and send screenshot of a tracking number that only states label created. I understand ENGLISH very well that only means they created the ticket and didn't ship anything. luckily I'm only out of $60 but imagine how many people these folks scam like this.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM MILAN. They are a scam! The clothing they advertise are NOT their clothes. If you request a refund they will tell tou it's to expensive to return the items and will offer you $10.00 credit. If you refuse the $10.00 credit they will send you a fake address to return the items. I lost $60.00 + shipping and handling. When the reviews get too bad they will just change their name to another company.

DO NOT SHOP MILANCHOICE! The product that I received is NOT what was advertised on their website. This is a China-based company and to return any product you have to pay a large fee to get it back to China. This is not detailed on their website and the customer service person told me:

As the shipping fee is very expensive, we recommend that you keep the products in use.
We can issue 10USD refund for you as compensation.
Yu can keep original ones to your friend.
We are looking forward to your reply.
