I Bought a puffer jacket from them but it was too small I have tried all the usual channels to be able to return it and get a size larger with no luck for over 2 months, none of their return email addresses work I have been sending messages via the order web site but still no reply despite I know they are being sent, I cannot understand them because I genuinely like the product, can anyone help please.

I just received two out of four items today.
It took a while to get them and I am very pleased with my order. I WILL BE ORDERING AGAIN.

IF I COULD GIVE THESE SCAMMERS NO STARS I WOULD. I DID NOT GET WHAT I ORDERED AND WHEN I ASKED THEM FOR A REFUND THEY WANT ME TO PAY TO SHIP THE MESS BACK TO CHINA BUT IF I KEEP IT THEY WILL GIVE ME $5. I PAID $40 WHY WOULD I TAKE $5. TO SHIP TO CHINA COST WAY TOO MUCH MONEY AND THEY KNOW IT. THEY SEND SOME CHEAP REPLICA OF WHAT YOU ORDERED AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY THEY ARE NOT A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. PEOPLE WORK HARD FOR THEY MONEY. IM REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB AS WELL AND WHOEVER ELSE WILL LISTEN.

I give this company and 0!!! Do NOT buy from them. I ordered an item from them 2 months ago and I emailed the email sent with the confirmation order and They never responded. This is a Scam!! Do NOT order from them!!

I placed a order a month ago and they have not responded or anything. This company is fraudulent. Please don't purchase anything from them.

What they advert is not what they send you. Got something in silk but they send polyester. Dont buy from them. This sites should be banned because they take peoples money.

This company is terrible in the quality of clothing that they provide. What the advertise is not what you receive. The clothing look like costume material and the sizes are off. They also advertise returns... but as they stated in there email.. that the clothes have to be returned to China and that is very expensive and the customer is responsible for that expense. They have no problem with the false advertisement. Do not shop here. I am also sure that they go by many different names. Beware!!!

I ordered a body shaper from Milan. When I got it, it wasn’t at all what was shown in the video advertisement! I was very displeased with the product they sent because the main thing I bought it for was not even a part of the product I received! I was later told that they used someone else’s product ad to sell a very low standard product!

I ordered a tie dye maxi dress about a month ago and never received it. Don't order from this site it's not legit at all. They took my money off of my card, but I never received my item. 😒

This company is not sending the clothes shown in pictures. I ordered a denim skirt set and they sent me polyester instead . Its not worth trying to get a refund. I’ll take this “L” But I won’t be ordering from them again. Buyers Beware

I placed an order with them on January 25th. As of today May 11th I have still not received my items. They have sent numerous emails asking me to file a claim with the post office ✅ done, local police department ✅ done.

After all that I still haven't received a new order or a refund.

Stay away, not worth the hassle!

I purchased 2 bathing suits 2 months ago and still haven’t received anything. I’ve sent e-mail after email and no response at all. Does anyone have a contact number for them. Worse company I have ever tried to deal with.

This company is a scam. They steal pictures from other clothing websites and lure people into purchasing items they don't have. Their company is based in the U.K.; I know this because when I went to pay for my items, it popped up as a U.K. location, even though it says "California" in the "About Us" section. PLEASE SHUT THIS WEBSITE / COMPANY DOWN before they steal any more of consumers' hard-earned money. Also, they need to be fined for stealing pictures!!!! I was able to recognize MANY of the photos from other LEGIT websites!!!!!

I wish I could have given them a dam zero. Do not order from this company it’s a waste or time and money. I repeat DO NUT ORDER FROM THEM, ITS A SCAM. They is horrible, I wish it was a way to report them to the BBB.

I wish I would have found this site prior to 3/19/21. Im begging all readers to please believe the reviews that you're reading as it pertains to the poor quality of clothing and the horrible Custer service. I spent $113.00 for garbage. The clothes looks as if they were made of toilet paper. Then when I emailed the company, they informed me that they can only refund me $10.00. They went on to say, since their clothing vendor is located in China, I would need to pay for the return and there's no guarantee that they'll receive it. Please bypass the site because it's not worth the hassle. In addition, compared to the reviews on this site, the reviews on the company's site are fraudulent.

I ordered a dress accordingly to the size chart it was way too large. The jacket I ordered looked nothing like the picture. They offered me a $10 credit for Ireland that were useless to me. Finally they sent me return shipping information.

Company is horrible. Out if China.... Go figure. Material is trash and sizes don't run right. Going through hell to get my money back now

Your not worthy of even 1 star. I have been requesting a return slip as the item is not as described. They offered 20 and keep the item or sell or give to a friend. I am fighting them on PayPal I will leave a review everywhere so others don't make same mistake. I will be posting complaint on BBB and Rip off reports

Wish I would have did this before ordering. I am waiting on my items that stated shipped of the 26tth but nothing. The good thing I used paypal so if it is as awful as everyone say it is I will be disputing for my money.

Still haven't received my order it's been two weeks sad waste of money never again
