Anna was annoyed that my wages were…

Anna was annoyed that my wages were paid even though she insisted her company policy would never change their view or policy on that matter because I was self employed and didn't stand a chance.
I also thought I didn't stand a chance, especially by complaining emails. I was surprised to get paid, and promised to cancel legal action.
I then became a victim of police malfeasance as Anna felt a victim of fear due to my wages being paid as police tried to get me to sign a CRO, to admit such an offence of fear to cause harm.
It didn't work hence, I will take legal action, in 2026.
I am bringing a full legal case, including racial threats, police abuse of power initiated because I won a pay dispute and at great cost and discredit to your company.
You have never thought of the consequences of your action, but realisation will dawn on you that I am fully in charge of this matter.

I used to work for this company as a…

I used to work for this company as a sales person van driver and after months of loyal service, I was dismissed with no pay for no apparent reason, from a very simple job due to pure discrimination in employment law.
I was angered by their retaliation by trying to get me to admit offensive behaviour, because I reprimanded them over wages owed, bad behaviour in the workplace, and even though I was paid, their behaviour persisted when the matter was closed from an employment viewpoint. The fact is I am now being harassed by a former employer merely because I convinced them to pay outstanding wages when they knew I had no case, yet they had to submit to a higher authority than theirs.
I will now institute my former case of discrimination which has a powerful legal basis, unlike any other case in the history of the British legal system.

An amazing and helpful company

I started working with Milano only recently and so far they’ve gone above and beyond to help with our clubs leotards.
Their sales rep is a massive help and she does everything she can to help.

Great customer service

Great customer service, the assistant helped with an incorrect size that I had ordered. They were quick to reply and rectified the problem.

Costly shipping, small fitting items over a month waiting for refund

Nice items but do come up small definitely size up.
Shipping is ridiculous it's very lengthy you wait days for dispatch and delivery yet have to pay £6.99 no other options for shipping you would think at that price it would be 24/48 hours delivery. I had to chase them up to get my order dispatched as it wasn't for 5 days.
Had to return as it was too small and so far been waiting over a month now for a refund and again having to chase this up.
Your customers shouldn't have to chase you to send orders or process refunds.

I probably won't deal with this company again unless I absolutely had no other choice it's too much off a faff and everything seems to take ages. Not very efficient for such a big company.

Customer Service and New Design

Thank you so much for communicating with me and making sure the leotard arrived in time for my daughters birthday Sunday. Your excellent customer service is much appreciated. She specifically mentioned the pro grip finish to keep the leotard in place, is much better than the standard finish.

Finally got my money back for Postage

Finally got back my full refund including the postage I paid to have the item delivered. It’s taken nearly 1 month for this to happen. Milano refused to take responsibility from breeching the Customer Contract Regulations. At the time of writing I have received NO APOLOGY. Remember even if you send an item back that you don’t want they have to refund you at least the basic postage you paid to have it delivered. They don’t have to refund you the postage you pay to return the item.

Pricey postage and inefficient refunds

Nice gymnastic clothing for my son, but comes up very small. Also, there are two postages you can select - FedEx, which is over £6, and Royal Mail, which is half that, but is mainly used for Scottish customers and the rest of the UK can’t select the cheaper mail option. Not impressed. I was going to exchange my son’s leotard for a bigger size, but they wanted to charge £6.60 postage again (would have meant spending over £13 on postage for order and exchange for just a leotard!), so I asked for a refund. Apparently it takes 10-14 working days to get a refund from this company. How inefficient is that?

Update 4 March 2024: Milano’s reply to my review says they don’t control shipping rates - er, I know that (not sure if they’re being sarcastic or think I’m stupid!). But what THEY can control is allowing customers to choose Royal Mail as a postage option, which is half the price of the FedEx courier option that they only allow most UK customers to select.
