Service received excellent from the start.

A basic error in valuing my property occured This amounted to £25,000 because the surveyor failed to check his work. This could have been done by firstly talking to me and I would happily have advised on how the 75% 25% valuation process works, he could have spoken with the freeholder, he could have looked at rightmove which shows the sale price at 75% value. It feels as I am doing his job for him.

24 hours later still no news, it took me 5 minuted to gather the proof.

We found Miller Metcalfe Surveyors through reallymoving.com and from start to finish had excellent service at an extremely reasonable price! Once the survey had been carried out, the surveyor contacted me to discuss his findings - this was even done out of hours when they could not contact me during the day, due to work, which I thought was particularly outstanding service! Would happily recommend and deal with again!

Very quick and honest service. The surveyor gave me a call to discuss issues with the house which was very useful. Was not cheapest but price was very reasonable and you get what you pay for. Would certainly be using Millar Metcalfe again.

The survey was done within a few days of booking and payment. Receiving the report on the other hand took a little longer. No fault of their own, it just went into my spam without me knowing it was in there. I went for the homebuyers report and this was carried out by Simon. Extremely helpful and highlighted a lot of problems that wouldn’t have been thought about by a FTB. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because when trying to track down the report after 8 days I had to keep ringing them to find out what was happening. Eventually it was found in my spam folder under the name of phoebe. I would definitely recommend to a friend and I would use again in the future.

I was really impressed. They were very good value for money and appointed a local surveyor who did a very thorough report. He called me straight after the survey to highlight key issues that I needed to be aware of and the written report followed a week later. I would definitely use them again.

Very efficient the surveyor rang us on the day he did the survey and told us about the issue he had found and the report was ready the next day to download and the hard copy arrived 2 days later which allowed us to move on quickly with our move. Excellent service

Quick and easy to arrange a home buyers survey, report was compiled fairly quickly. Just what I needed

Easy to do online was phoned back quickly and was informed after the survey by telephone. Competitive price had 3 quotes and they were the cheapest. Would recommend .

MM offered to survey the house ten days earlier than anyone else - and kept their promise. The Seller testified to the rigor with which Mr Russell carried out the survey. He sent his report the same day, and gave us his informal views that evening. Both the report and his verbal comments were clear, concise and fully intelligible.

The lady i spoke to for the appointment was so lovely and talked through the survey. Appointment was booked qickly and effectively. And received it with the photo's within the week . Well done on a great service .
