Efficient service delivered on time (survey within 2wks of the initial call). Report, ready after 3wd, was clear and at the level of detail I had hoped for. Only area for improvement ...when completing the review there is an automatic presumption that I am male.

They carried out the survey very quickly. They then produced the report the following day. The surveyor even called me to explain some of the more salient points. He even invited me to call him if I had any queries. First class service.
